Prøv din hånd at flyve fiskeri, mens morgentågen svæver over vandets overflade på din egen private strækning af ELLIJAY RIVER. Tag lidt tid til at baske i den dappled eftermiddagssol på en stor flodrock, mens du tæler tæerne i det kølige klare vand. Ved dagens afslutning skal du tage en dejlig lang sigt i boblebadet på et overdækket dæk, så det kan nydes regn eller skinne (ingen regndråber i din vin!) som du ser ud på ildstedet blæsende ved vandkanten.

For dem med mobilitetsproblemer er denne Sliding Rock Cabin en historie med kun 1 trin op fra parkeringspladsen. Gated dæk, overdækket veranda og propan grill er alle på samme niveau. Den varme karbad er omkring 12 trin ned på et separat dæk. Der er et metal sæt trapper fra baghaven for at komme i floden. Kabinen har en brændeovn, lædermøbler og fladskærms-kabel-tv i stuen. Spisestuen har 3 vægge af vinduer til ekspansiv udsigt over floden Ellijay. Soveværelse har en king size seng med soveværelse med et fladskærms-tv, 2. soveværelse har en dronning. Ingen katte tak.

What a relaxing break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 4th stay at RD and gets better each time. Really love all the improvements/upgrades to the property. Has everything you need, getting in the river each day was a blast. Dogs loved it and the yard. Sliding Rock staff are the nicest and easy to work with.

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for me and my 3 sisters. We had 4 dogs and you welcomed each and everyone of them. Pet bowls - treats just so very nice. The dogs were able to enjoy the river and the fenced yard was perfect. We saw deer across the river and a bear the morning we left! For us Cajuns that big bear was a treat. We are definitely coming back!

Very Cozy

Exceeded expectations

Everything is provided that you need for a comfortable stay with kiddos and pets. Perfect setting and we really enjoyed our stay. So much to do, Ellijay has a great downtown, and it was nice in the evenings cooking out, enjoying the river, hot tub, and peaceful cozy accommodations!

Beautiful Cabin

All I can say is that it was perfect. Being able to have our fur babies with us and having a fenced in yard. The cabin and property was awesome!! We will be back.

Wonderful Surprise! River view is awesome

We had such a wonderful surprise with stone steps going into the river and the view has been opened up so much. The office said this is a new owner and more upgrades are coming!!! Great Cabin Weekend!

It is very spacious and it’s right on the river which is amazing! We used all the great amenities like the hot tub and had a blast at this cabin - definitely booking this one again soon :)

Property was wonderful well stocked, clean, beautiful location. Only issue was the drive to the house wish i had a heads up about the rough road in. Would have drove an suv versus my car. Other then that a great experience

Love the way the porch is gated so the dog could go out without having to worry. I look forward to staying here again.

Did not want to leave!

Rest and Adventure at River Dance Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: River Dance cabin was a great retreat for our exploration of Ellijay and Blue Ridge with three fur babies! The cabin was clean and the deck was a wonderful spot for relaxing and watching the water flow across the rocks. The dogs loved chasing their ball in the fenced yard. The only negative was the steep driveway which could be difficult to back out, and some of the foliage in the back yard blocked the water view. Otherwise, River Dance cabin was a good choice for our getaway!
