**Beautiful place right on the ocean, surrounded by lush vegetation.** Perfect for kitesurfing or simply enjoying a swim in the sea or the pool. Ideal for a getaway with friends or family.Communication was very easy, and we received a warm welcome. Kathy, the property manager, is always available and helpful. The condo is very well equipped for cooking, and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is there.

This condominium was very well located close to restaurants shopping. Had a great view of the ocean and kite Beach overall was a wonderful stay.

A premium oceanfront property with zero traffic noise from the main road. Tranquility and beauty! Be careful with other properties in Cabarete, as many have deafening road noise from construction trucks and loco chicos on motorcycles. None of this issues with this property.

Fully equipped kitchen, top notch!Host, Kathy Santos- wonderful. She couldn’t have been more helpful, went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.She gave us such a genuine, warm welcome. And the ground staff, especially Pedro, looked after all our needs during our 3 week stay.Taxis were needed for shopping, too far to walk to town. But plenty available at the nearby taxi stand.

Could not have been ideal..3.minute walk to kite beach propietors directly onto beach from the complex. Everything was easy. The place was beautiful with beach front ocean view from the enormous patio. Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked with every device possible. On site people.were there to help all the time and manager.available at any second...8 out of 5 stars

The place is amazing, tor us the patio was the best place. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms are very comfortable with all private BR. The owner was very responsive, Definitely will come back

Beautiful condo right in the middle of kite beach

Pictures of this codo are beautiful, but reality far exceeds it. Perfect location right in the center of kite beach equipped with all the niceties of civilization, beautiful gardens and great host. Hope to be back!

Another ideal vacation

We enjoyed another amazing stay at Ben's apartment in Palacio Atlantico. Ben is quick to communicate, and Kathy the property manager is very responsive and friendly, as well. The staff at the building are friendly and helpful, as well. In terms of location, view, beach access, and the apartment itself, you cannot find a better place on the North Coast of the DR!

Didn't Want to Leave!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful property! The condo is clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. Communications with the owner and the manager were prompt, friendly, and helpful, and we were well cared for by all of the staff. It was a joy to begin and end each day sitting on the balcony, watching the waves, and feeling the ocean breezes, and we felt well rested and relaxed by the end of our stay. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is!

Amazing

Everything was perfect. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, quiet. The location on the beach is awesome and close to town. The pool was tranquil. Kathy, the property manager is exceptional. Kind and responsive. Make sure you hang out with the two dogs and two cats. They are so friendly.

We had an amazing time at this condo at Palacio Atlantico. If possible, I’d give it six out of five stars. The owner provided us on time with all information needed for check-in and to get comfortable. The staff was super friendly, helpful whenever we had a question and was a great assistance in booking tours for snorkeling, horseback riding and the jungle. They also assisted us in calling a doctor when our daughter caught a stomach bug and got very sick. The condo was very clean, modern and super well equipped. The Palacio Atlantico property was amazing, beautiful plants, pool and beach views from the balcony. We felt extremely safe, comfortable and relaxed. It was also very quiet the whole time. We would definitely return to this property should we come back to the Dominican Republic.

Great stay in Cabarete

Ben's property is beautiful inside and out. The gardens are like a mini rainforest and the accommodations do not disappoint either. The property is right on the beach, which we really enjoyed, and there are several beach bars/restaurants to choose from. The staff, including the manager (Kathy) went above and beyond to be helpful and informative. One thing that I would have liked to have known before I arrived in Cabarete is that cash is king here and credit cards are not widely accepted FYI. Being animal lovers, the onsite friendly pets (cats & dogs) were a plus.

Fantastic place!

We spent a fantastic week in this condo. The view from the balcony, the main living area and the master bed room is magnificent! The 3 bedrooms are clean with private and functionnal bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. You feel safe in this environment. It was easy to get advise or help from the nice concierge or the maintenance personnel. Finally, the pool area is very cosy and relaxing, and the beach in front of the house magnificent with it’s white sand and the beautiful ballet of the kite surfers! Definitely a place I recommend!

Exactly as pictured! Beautiful!!

My brother and I stayed at this property for a week and it was wonderful! The owner, Ben, and property manager, Kathy, were great to work with, very responsive and helpful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed seeing all the plants being grown for use on the property. The condo was beautiful, modern, clean, and had everything we needed. We watched colorful kites every day from the patio and made good use of the grill when we didn’t go out to eat. Visited several other beaches and they were all spectacular. Loved being able to rent loungers and have someone bring you food and drinks. Driving is an adventure and not for the timid. Just drive like the locals or have Kathy find you a driver. I really can’t say enough good things about the property, the people, and the whole experience. Thank you for a great vacation!

First trip to the DR

I took my family to the DR as an early Christmas present. This was our first time in the country. VRBO made it easy to find a suitable property. We needed a 3 bedroom condo, preferably on the beach. After much consideration I chose Palacio Atlantico located on Kite Beach. Communication with the owner Ben was seamless. He was always quick with the response to any questions. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. His onsite manager Kathy was super helpful. We flew into Santiago, about an hour and a half away from the property. Kathy set up transportation for us and it went smoothly. There was one hiccup, the swimming pool was closed for renovations. That was unfortunate but Ben went above and beyond to make it right. Overall we had a great trip and would 100% recommend Palacio Atlantico as a great place to stay!

Awesome Property

My family and I stayed at this property in November 2022. From the time we had contact with the owner, Ben, to check out, the entire process was easy and smooth. Ben and Kathy (property manager) were quick to respond to any questions, recommendations, etc. The property itself is beautiful and very safe, nicely decorated, clean, the kitchen had every amenity needed, the kite show every afternoon was fun to watch, the property was close to Cabarete and there were excellent restaurants within walking distance. Kathy, the property manager was always available, and no matter what was needed was there to assist. The 2 dogs who live at the property, Noir & Blanco, were friendly and became part of the family by the second day. All of the help on the property were extremely nice and friendly. Kathy also set us up w/ a driver, Marino, who was outstanding. Everything about the trip was a perfect 10, and we plan to go back again when we can. If you are going to DR, this is the place to stay.
