Only steps from the front door to your feet in the sand. Abundant activities to suit your liking such as yoga, kiting, surfing, cross fit, international restaurants or just lounging on the beach. There is something for everyone. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Fiber optic internet can have 2 people on videocalls. This is our home so everything is there in the kitchen.

Kiteboarding Vacation

I don’t even know where to start! We have been to Cabarete several times now, staying at another condo, however, this has been the best stay yet! Jean-Phillipe was fantastic from the start! He sent lists of places to eat (which we had never been), people to connect with since my husband was is a kiteboarder, thing to see, and things to do! All were amazing! The condo itself was well appointed, it had everything you would need, and so the garden/pool and beach view left us not wanting to leave! We have already started planning our next vacation at this condo!

The Perfect Place on Kite Beach!

The only thing between where you are living and the beach is the most beautiful garden in the Dominican republic! The accommodations are amazing with two full bedrooms and bathrooms, very functional kitchen, beautiful living area and the most incredible porch/balcony with an obstructed view of the ocean. There is also a beautiful private pool, parking, two very cute dogs, outdoor shower right off the beach and an incredibly wonderful staff. Kathy and Benny are the best! And the local kids who kite like the pros are so incredibly helpful and friendly and made our trip the best ever! We can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING PLACE YOU WILL LOVE IT!

The view OMG you cannot believe it. We did not want to leave the place. We would set up our dinners on the balcony every evening with the use of the BBQ. Great set up - there is nothing that you need. Harley and Miguel - should get raises - they were so helpful - they assisted whenever we needed them - we will be back! They were amazing and the girl who cleaned our place she was simply amazing and so kind to us- I do not remember her name but she deserves a raise fantastic!

Beautiful Relaxing Getaway

This third floor condo has the most amazing view! We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and this Condo certainly fit the bill. We spent many hours relaxing on the balcony and on the beach chairs down by the ocean and admiring the amazing gardens. The crashing of the waves is such a relaxing sound. There is a good restaurant right next door, and we also walked to grocery stores and restaurants in Cabarete, and we felt very safe walking on the beach. It is a fairly long walk, but the exercise was great. We tried walking on the road, but that was a hectic and stressful experience! I don’t recommend it. There is security staff present to help with anything, and the property manager Kathy is super helpful. The condo is very clean and so modern. We felt right at home. Don’t think twice, if this sounds like what you are looking for, book it!

Ocean at your doorstep

The view from the third floor of this delightful place is to die for. Ocean breezes blew constantly to keep us cool and the waves were our soundtrack. Our purpose was to take kiteboarding lessons and we found easy access to at least a dozen different schools. Surfing at Encuentro Beach required a taxi ride. Getting to the grocery is a long walk on the beach or a short taxi ride. Venturing out is always a taxi ride to the destination. Staff is helpful, friendly and delightful. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Beautiful and so close to the ocean

My husband and I stayed for 1 week in late October 2018 at this beautiful updated condo. The unobstructed views of kite beach are the best in the area. The condo was furnished with everything needed to make our stay very enjoyable. This was our first time in the DR. The property manager, Kathy, was always available to assist with excursions, arranging drivers, etc. She was so helpful in making sure our trip was the best. Thank you Kathy. We highly recommend staying here!!

Great Condo on Kite Beach

We spent a week at this great Condo on Kite Beach. Located on the third floor, it has amazing views overlooking the beach and you get to see all the kite surfers! The condo had everything we needed. It was in a safe location and everyone there was very nice.

Paradise

We just spent another 2 great months in this cosy condo for the third year in a row. It says it all. See our previous ratings. It gets better every year. Kathy, the administrator goes out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Holly the owner is concerned and considerate, Dominga the cleaning lady is a real friend, the grounds are meticulously groomed by Paolino. This a nice spot at the end of Cabarete where it is quiet with a great view on Kite beach and it daily spectacle. It is not the Caribbean but the Atlantic but with all it's charms and occasionally calm waters. A very nice 6km walk on a beautiful sandy beach interrupted by a swim are part of the daily routine. Highly recommended. We have reserved our 2 months for next year.

Wonderful Beach Front Condo

This condo is located o the 3rd floor with unobstructed views from the front balcony and master bedroom. Most of our "indoor" time was spent on the balcony where it is tee shirt warm even in the evenings and a very pleasant spot for meals. You are supplied with a nicely appointed kitchen and a gas grill so you can split your time between the local restaurants and eating in. Both bedrooms are very large with ample closets. All windows and doors are screened so mosquito and bugs are not a problem. I must add though during our stay there weren't any mosquito or bugs even on the open balcony. The condo group hires a full time gardener to maintain the beautiful gardens that surround the building and the pool. There are numerous places to lounge outside to read or nap and escape your normal life. Kathy, the property manager, is a gem in herself. She knows of all the local sights and excursions and can book whatever you wish for you. My wife had a medical incident and Kathy was invaluable with her advise and guidance. Having Kathy's phone number is reason enough to book here versus other condos. The restaurants in Caberete are a mile walk on the beach. We found it delightful to walk into town for the evening then take a taxi home for $300 RD, about $6 US. No need for a car. A wonderful getaway and if you are a kiteboarder, the launch beach is right at your doorstep. Winds in January typically are blowing at 2pm until sunset. I highly recommend this property. Ken & Kit

Beautiful property with everything one could ever want for an amazing holiday vacation

I contacted Holly and my initial feeling was reassurance that her property would meet all expectations because of her personal attention to the details of our trip. Upon arrival we were greeted by Kathy (property manager) who made herself available for any reason. Holly's condo was very beautiful and complete with all amenities needed for a great vacation. It included beautiful decor, finishes and accents. During the course of our stay we received excellent service by all staff members who were available around the clock. The view out each of the windows were breathtaking, and we so enjoyed waking up to the sound of the surf and watching kite surfers while drinking coffee on the balcony each morning. The location couldn't be better, right on kite beach, and secluded from the busier sections of Cabarete. The garden and pool areas are surrounded by luscious tropical plants of incredible variety. There is no other property quite like this one which showed obvious owner pride and investment. All full service restaurants as well as a full service grocery store were an enjoyable walk along the beach. Kite Extreme hotel also offered a restaurant right next door which made dining out quite easy with a very diverse menu. We would highly recommend staying here to friends and family. Thank you for everything, and look forward to returning in the near future. Nos Vemos!

Our second home

Another great winter in the Dominican Republic. We spent 2 months ( February and March ) in this condo last winter, this winter and have reserved the same dates for next winter, what elase can we say . The people make a big difference anywhere you go and especially here, starting with Kathy the property manager, who takes pride in ensuring her guests and the property owner are well taken care off, a true professionnal , Dominga the maid 3 days a week , a very special person, a friend also, and Paolino and Kelvin the gardners There is no oven but the BBQ on the deck compensates . The grounds are astonishingly manicured under the direction of one of the owners.The view is great, the weather is perfect and consatnt, sunny 29 during the day and a nice 22 with a breeze at night, a few rain showers in february but mostly at night, no need for air conditionning , the culture is enrichiching, the people very friendly especially to those who make an effort to speak a few words of spanish and take time to understand them. This the Dominican Republic, this is what we enjoy, different than say Florida, this is why we love it here, a complete resourcing opportunity with some rich human moments for those that care..

Home away from home on Kite Beach!

Spent one month in this amazing condo on kite beach! It is well stocked with all the necessities and comforts to live in for a vacation or long term. The view out the balcony is fantastic and always entertaining watching the kite boarders! The grounds are beautiful and maintained by friendly staff. Kathy, the manager and Holly the owner, are great and are very quick and responsive to any of your needs. We had a car and though driving was a bit dicey at first it is easy to get to downtown Cabarete and Playa Enuentro, the surfing beach. We also walked into town plenty of times and the guaguas (public vans) are easy to catch just outside the condo gate. You can't go wrong staying at this place! We really enjoyed our vacation there and would love to return in the future!

Paradise

We just spent 2 months in this beautiful apartment and it seemed like paradise. This is an exceptional spot on a beautiful beach that extends for ever to the right towards Cabarete 3 km , and to the left towards Encuantro well known for surfing. It is very well equipped and decorated, pure and simple, comfortable with it's open space layout and the views from each room our outstanding. THe lack of an oven is greatly compensated by a BBQ on the deck. Most of all the warmth of the people from Cathy the condo manager that goes out of her way to make you feel at home , to Dominga the maid, to Paolina the gardener, all extremely nice and of service. We made friends with a few owners also extremely charming. The complex cat adopted us, we call her Francesca and she was pregnant when we left. She likes chicken liver very much. This is a six condo complex, very quiet and private, with the most beautiful gardens in front and back consisting of over 50 varieties of tropical plants and trees, a botanical garden manicured by Paulino every day. Amazing. A nice walk every day to Cabarete and back at low tide..many restaurants within walking distance . You don!t have to be a kite surfer but on a windy day a nice spectacle on your front deck. Even the clouds are unique with beautiful sunsets, sunrise and rainbows. Overall a great condo We have already reserved our 2 months of February and March for next year.

I'm an avid sports enthousiast and LOVE to kite. I know everything about kiting/ Kitesurfing and Foiling in Cab as i have been coming here for 6 years. There is a reason this is a top-10 place IN THE WORLD no less.

Anyway this is sport central with massive snorkeling and diving in Sosua and other places, surf in Encuentro (next village 3Kms away). Biking, Super fun motocrossing on easy bikes. The beach is a walkers paradise in the morning before the wind comes up at 12. Deserted 5 km beach makes for unforgetable walks. You can even take our Complex Dogs out with you, they love it.

The lush trees all over the property and covering the pool makes this an great hide-away from the sun. It comes in handy.

WHAT TO DO

Hey guys you often ask us about other things to do than kite. so below things to do and restaurants we like.

TODO other than kite

1- The morning walk (yes take the dogs ON A LEASH) go left at the beach, its all natural for miles !!! With sandals you can walk to Encuentro (the surf beach) and have a coffee. Or Right you can walk to Cabarete.
2- Surf in Encuentro
3- Go horse back ridding with Tommy (819) 986-1984 You will ask him to slow down for sure
4- Rent a moto or scooter and go east to Sabaneta. Right into the village turn right at they and go in land as far as you like. People are great.


RESTAURANTS (always best to reserve and go after 7)

1- Mesa Taina is the sushi (so so fresh) on the beach 20 yards east of Palacio. Carlos is the MC and host there and a good person to ask about anything. Good friend of ours.
2- TUVA is the finest and so cool on the beach 300 yard walk on the beach east from Palacio. Cash only. Must reserve
3- Drifter in Cabarete, also on the beach.
4- Bahia in Cabarete with access to different types of cuisines. Live music
5- Casita de Papi is a classic on the beach in Cabarete
6- La Boheme french in town but on the other side of the street.
7- Le Bistro also french in a small cross street leading to the beach.
8- Pizza & Spaghetti House in town but on the other side of the street.
9- Go see the sunset (AT SUNSET !) at the Sea Horse Grill. 15 minute cab ride.
