En to bil garage er tilgængelig fra entry foyer, samt det første niveau dronning soveværelse og en-suite badeværelse.

Det andet niveau er en rummelig åben stue. I stuen er der komfortabelt indrettet, tv, spisebord til 6, smukt køkken med køkkenudstyr og en praktisk halv bad. Fra stuen er der store skydedøre, der åbner til en balkon med gas grill og bistro. Altanen, med udsigt over Wadsworth Ave, byder på hav og udsigt over byen.

På tredje sal byder det store soveværelse dig velkommen til at slappe af med en luksus dronning seng, med et stort fladskærms-tv og eget badeværelse. Det andet soveværelse på dette niveau har en queensize-seng og ligger ved siden af det andet komplette bad og vaskeri. Fra tredje niveau afkørsel til vindeltrappe til tagterrassen.

Great location and property

Loved our mini vacation. Location is a block from beach access. House, bed, and rooms are clean and equipped with all necessities. Few cooking condiments and supplies.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants; comfortable, clean house. The only notes were that the second bathroom on the top floor was missing a shower curtain. The other thing to note is the road and street noise on the weekends on a warm summer night - due to no a/c and windows open this is a popular destination on the weekends and there is considerable noise from traffic and people walking past on sidewalk.

Amazing Vacation Spot

Very clean, great location just a block before the beach. Beach towels, sand buckets & beach chairs ready to go. Nice safe community feel. We stayed 4 nights. We will be back!

Great family vacation stay

This wonderful property is right in the heart of Pismo and it’s beautiful. I’m my opinion it was the perfect location, no noise problems, easy walk to restaurants, the beach and convenience store, plus very well appointed! We had everything we needed for cooking and dining. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Trip

We can’t say enough great things a out this place! Very, very clean, very nice kitchen with everything we could possibly need, great location to beach, restaurants, scenic places. We would highly recommend it and the pizza almost next door is great too.

Parking is secure, two cars fit in garage. Very close walk to beach and shops and Pismo's little downtown. Clean rooms. Only downfall, no key or pin paded front door entry. Must go in and out through garage doors.

Pismo Classic Family Golf Stay

First time using VRBO. Outstanding location and house. Very very clean. We all commented on how nice the property was. Nice rooftop sunsets as well as walking to local restaurants. We will definitely book this again if we return. Also, golf in Nipomo and Avila Beach are only 10-15 minutes away.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent

Convenient beach condo! Easy highway access to house -- did not have to sit at lights in town during busy CalPoly grad weekend. Immaculately clean and obviously put together by someone who stages/rents houses -- everything worked, of solid quality, beach chairs and toys, small details thought out, dialed-in aesthetic and decor. Bottom floor with bath was perfect for grandma to access entry and 2-car garage. Easy one block walk to less crowded end of Pismo beach. That said it is spaced over three floors so be ready to climb stairs. Bedrooms are on the small side but we spent most of our time away from the condo so it didn't really matter. Would def recommend and stay again.

Parked the car when we got there and didn’t need it for getting to anything in town. The layout was perfect though could have used more couch space in the living room. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/bakeware etc...The condo was neat and clean. Great beach vibe! Quick response when we needed an issue addressed immediately. Great time, just wished for more sunshine!
