Denne nyligt renoverede 3 soveværelse 2 fuld bad Condo er et ideelt sted for skiløb på World Class Heavenly Valley eller nyde sommeren på smukke Lake Tahoe.

Condo er beliggende direkte mellem to af Heavenly Valley vigtigste Nevada Lodges. Ski lige ud af hoveddøren ned til begynderløftet på Boulder Lodge eller tage en kort gåtur ned ad gaden for at stå på ski til Stagecoach high speed quad stol og fuld service lodge. En bekvem transport ligger få skridt væk og kan tage dig og hente dig fra både Stagecoach eller Boulder Lodge.
Et rummeligt og veludstyret køkken venter på at lave mad med fuld størrelse køleskab med ismaskine, gaskomfur top, ovn og mikrobølgeovn, en gasgrill BBQ på udendørs terrasse dæk med bjerg og delvis udsigt over søen.
Slap af efter en hel dag på bjergene eller ude ved søen i stuen med pejs og fladskærms-tv og et spisebord med plads 8. Tre soveværelser har komfortable nye senge, en konge størrelse i øverste soveværelse med fuld bad, nedenunder har to soveværelser en queensize seng og en tvilling over en fuld køjeseng i det andet rum. Den nedenunder har et komplet bad og vaskerum til din brug. Ovenpå sofaen bliver til en dobbeltseng ved pejsen.
I sommermånederne kan du nyde vandreture og mountainbike lige udenfor døren med adgang til Tahoe berømte Rim og Van Sickle stier. Der er også adgang til fælles pool og boblebad året rundt.
I nærheden er der ski udlejning på Stagecoach Heavenly Sports and Ski School i Boulder lodge, begge sælger lift billetter. Ski udlejning også i nærheden på BV Ski butik ved siden af Tramway Market og en stor bar og restaurant Fox & The Hound stemt bedst BBQ i South Lake Tahoe. Du er også kun 10 minutters kørsel ned til Heavenly Village med endeløse butikker, restauranter, skøjtebane, biograf og selvfølgelig hjem til 4 store kasinoer (Harrahs, Harveys, Mont Blue og Hard Rock). Harvey's Lake Tahoe sommer udendørs koncertserie er et smukt mødested. Plus kun få blokke væk er strande og adgang til smukke Lake Tahoe.

Wonderful week in Tahoe

We loved out stay here. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. It was the perfect location - only a 10 minute drive to town, casinos, restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect and convenient location skiing with small children.

The property is perfectly located on heavenly mountain. It is an easy ski out right onto the slopes. Easy enough for my small children ages 6, 7, 10 who are blue trail skiers. The ski in from the mountain was also easily accessible. You are about 13 minutes from the downtown area. And and about an hour from Reno airport. The condo is wonderful with everything you would need to cook. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. The beds are also so comfy and I had a spinal fusion so I am picky. The house is so so clean. The views from the condo are also spectacular. You can see lake tahoe on a clear day. We loved it here and will book again for next year.

Heavenly Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at Mike and Kathie’s vrbo. We had 5 adults stay in this condo and it was the perfect size! We loved that it was so close to the ski lift and there was a hot tub close by. I highly recommend trying Base Camp Pizza and Fox & Hound Smokehouse when you’re in town.

Perfect Tahoe Experience

Well appointed condo with cool artwork on the walls & beautiful wood detailing really exuded Lake Tahoe ambiance. Found the route to/from South Lake Tahoe east to navigate despite what a couple others described as challenging…. Essentially 3 roads to get to condo… just followed the curves.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful home. Cozy. Perfect for the 3 of us. Hard to get in and down the stairs bc snow not cleaned off. Water Luke warm. Witch was having d when used to hit water. Still would rent again. Perfect home away home

Gorgeous views, great rooms

We absolutely loved this place! It was warm, cozy, spacious, and well-equipped, which turned out to be quite fortunate since we got snowed in for 2 of the 3 days we had planned to ski. Parking wasn't a problem, but of course if you're there during the winter you'll absolutely want 4WD with winter tires or snow chains. Our one complaint is that the listing states there is a "community hot tub". Technically, this is true, but the hot tub is NOT what most would consider to be in the community -- it is over a 10-minute walk on treacherous single-lane vehicle roads, or a 4-5 minute drive, both of which are pretty difficult to handle during a typical winter day in Tahoe. It's also shared with basically the entire neighborhood, so I do feel like that is a misleading way to describe the hot tub. If hot tub access is high priority for you, I wouldn't recommend this one.

Great Location and Place, but a few things to know

Place was beautiful. I try to consider all of the details when choosing a place, but had a couple of minor surprises. Partner and I stayed in separate rooms because I snore. Her downstairs and me upstairs. Her room was nice with a beautiful view, but don't turn on the ceiling fan. It is seriously out of balance, bent blades, and could fly off the ceiling. Other than that, the downstairs was great with it's own bath and shower for the downstairs. I stayed in the upstairs and the ceiling fan worked great. I was in desperate need of a humidifier for dry sinuses and found one in the closet. However, it worked for about a half hour and then the water started draining out of it onto the floor and thankfully the noise woke me up ad I was able to turn it off, stop the water from leaking, and clean up the mess. Couldn't get the humidifier to function properly without leaking, so if the humidifier is replaced, it will make a huge difference for anyone with dry sinus issues when staying at a high altitude. We loved hanging on the couch and using the fireplace. Not much space for more than 4 people to relax together and watch TV, but for 2 of us, the couch was fantastic. TV had satellite and plenty of channels. Kitchen and breakfast bar were great to have some cereal in the mornings. This condo is on the lower part of the building and has two other units above it. We heard every step that the people above us took and any water use above was very noisy(toilet, shower).

Great getaway

Wonderful Stay

Took our annual trip to Tahoe with the family. First time staying at the summit. Very beautiful views. Very cute condo. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen was nice with all new appliances. Kitchen had lots of cooking pots and pans. The TV was nice but wish the rooms had tvs as well. No air conditioning but two of the bedrooms had great ceiling fans and extra floor fans in the bottom bedrooms. The living room is small but fit my family of 4. Owners were easy to reach if u need them. They have beach or pool towels and a few beach chairs. All in all, great condo!

Very cozy, well maintained ski condo at Heavenly

Our family spent a snowy Christmas week at this condo. The space was very clean and the bathrooms were recently renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals and the outdoor grill is well maintained. Ski in / ski out (easier) is not for beginners and you have to like tree skiing, but it’s do-able. Would love to stay here again when we visit Heavenly.

Tranquil getaway nestled in the trees

We brought our children to Lake Tahoe for the first time to share this very special place with them. We selected this condo because the photos showed it offered a true Lake Tahoe feel, and it didn't disappointment It was cozy and private. The hosts were very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

beautiful and peaceful place

Our family really enjoyed staying here, the best part being here was the sunrise! With a cup of coffee and going out to the balcony, everything so accessible, definitely one of the best choices!

Great place to stay

Convenient location. Spacious. All the amenities of home. Little difficult to find but that’s what makes it secluded and private. Close to shuttle and slopes. Excellent communication with host.

Excellent Location!

We absolutely LOVED this property for our family of 4 plus a teenage friend. Very easily a ski-out & somewhat easy ski-in (you must enter trail JUST ABOVE North Bowl lift) Beds are VERY comfortable - so crucial for a ski vacation. Unit had everything we needed & then some. Quiet area. Short drive to Casinos & strip.

Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The check in process was simple and the unit was accurately pictured on the site. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The owner was prompt with responses and suggestions since this was our first time traveling to the area. The location was perfect for us! We found the accommodations exactly as described and comfortable for our family of five. We were within walking distance of Stagecoach access and just a short drive to shopping and the downtown area. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque. We are thankful to have made memories in this location and can’t wait to return!

NOT CLEAN

When we arrived at our condo, there was dirty trash in the trash cans, none of the beds were made (so we weren't even sure if things were cleaned so we had to wash everything), there were dishes in the dishwasher and on the counter, the floors were dirty and there were dirty towels still on the floor. Also, the fridge and stove were filthy. We then emailed Mark and never got a response back. 2 days later we found their phone number stuck behind a vase in the living room and called Kathy and left 2 messages and STILL have never heard anything back. Very disappointed with our stay to say the least. Also, there is NO way you can sleep 8 adults in this place. You can't even fit all 8 people in the living room. The "pull-out couch" is a joke. Very misleading.!!!

We are an avid skiing family that has been skiing in the Tahoe area for 30 plus years. Heavenly Valley has been our go to resort for the past 10 years and love the diverse terrain and steeps of Mott/Killebrew Canyon.
We have also come to love the summer season here in Tahoe and that is why we decided to finally buy this condo here in Heavenly Valley. Please enjoy the area with us.

It is a perfect setting in the mountains as you are one with nature in this cabin up high in the High Sierra. The views are awesome and it is a very quiet setting.
