Tre soveværelser Condo med meget store Master Suite, der indeholder en kingsize-seng, opholdsstue, overdimensionerede Master Bath, 42 "Led TV, Blue Ray afspiller og privat adgang til Lanai / overdækket altan plus en stor gulv til loft vindue, det eneste mellem dig og Ocean er stranden. Andet soveværelse med Queen Bed, 42 "Led TV, Blue Ray afspiller og smukke havudsigt. Tredje soveværelse med to enkeltsenge, 32 "TV, DVD-afspiller og havudsigt. Der er også en krybbe / pin og en høj stol i lejligheden for børnene. Hvert soveværelse har udsigt over havet.

Smukt køkken med Cherry kabinetter og granit bordplader. To dræn, alle rustfrit apparater og meget veludstyret. Direkte Ocean front hjørne enhed med udsigt miles af smukke sandstrande. Ekstra stor hjørne Lanai / balkon med udsigt over havet og Intercoastal Waterway. Lanai har en Jenn-Air grill og meget komfortable møbler. For et confortable ophold på stranden, enheden har strandstole, oppustelige mat og boogie boards. The condo and the surrounding area were outstanding. We had a wonderful view from the balcony and windows inside. The condo was very clean, the beds very comfortable. It was wonderful to have a full bath for all three bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. There was plenty of furniture inside and on the balcony. Reaching the heated pool and beach were an easy walk.

This property was extremely large and we were thrilled with the space for our family. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which were perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our clothes for the 2 weeks that we stayed. The laundry room was very nice to have for washing our clothes. The kitchen was well stocked, however, the microwave was difficult to figure out how to use, the oven takes an extremely long time to heat up and the refrigerator needed some attention. It needs a new filter and the ice/water dispenser would get stuck while in the on position. The garbage disposal worked well, but it doesn't have the safety piece on the top which when turned on, a little bit of food would come out. Also, the grill outside was filthy and we didn't dare use it because we didn't want to start a fire. Lastly, the cleanliness of the condo was not acceptable. Another person's clothes were in a drawer. There was dust (bunnies) in between the bed and the wall in the first room on the left as you come in the front door. All light fixtures and fake plants are covered with dust among other items such as the lower shelf on the coffee table, ENTIRE sink surfaces and all baseboards. The beach, pool, garage, gym and lobby areas were exceptional and immaculate.

During those conversations, no concerns were brought to our attention, and you expressed that you were enjoying the condo and found it beautiful and comfortable. We regret that the issues mentioned in your review were not reported during your stay, as most could have been addressed promptly to improve your experience. Following your feedback, the appliances were inspected by a technician and confirmed to be in proper working order. We also addressed the housekeeping concerns, including dusting the artificial plants and removing clothing items that had inadvertently been left behind by a previous guest in a dresser drawer. We appreciate all guest feedback, as it helps us maintain the high standards we strive to provide. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you and your family all the best.

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful, very clean, and has amazing views. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip. The kitchen is fully stocked, which made cooking so easy, and the entire space is bright and spacious. The owner provides everything you might need and is very responsive if you have questions. Highly recommend!

Luxurious Ocean Front Condo

From booking, to checkout, the staff was professional & welcoming. The home is comfortable, decorated well and beautiful. The view is amazing, the pool is clean, the ocean is beautiful. We walked morning & evening on the beach. The firepit so nice. You can relax around the fire while watching the waves.

Thank you for your review . There is 6 Elevators at Ocean Vistas Condominium. Each Elevator service one or two stacks of units , you only need to use one Elevator to my unit as well reach all the amenities including the pool and hot tub area, access to the Beach as well the underground parking assigned to my condo . You were given tour of the building when you checked in including which elevator to use .

Beautiful condo with views

Beautiful condo with awesome views of ocean. We moved in and it felt like home. Condo was clean and offered alot of cooking supplies making it very easy to cook in. I would stay here again!

Totally awesome condo. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Quiet and beautiful ! Wonderful for our party of 6 a d could easily accommodate a couple more!!!! Fun in sun

We had a great stay. There is construction on the adjacent properties so some big equipment being driven in the beach would be the only negative- the condo is gorgeous, the beach is always amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation .

Vacation

This is the second time staying at this condo. Six adults stayed this time and we had plenty of space plus I was able to bring my little 🐶. I love the convenience to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo.

Excellent condo with great amenities and location.

Overall good experience. Required to meet and tour before insurance of keys but things HOA required it and one the owner.

Our family has been visiting Daytona Beach Shores for the last 20 years. We fell in love with area. We Enjoy the world's best known beach; the great weather, restaurants, activites such as the Ocean Walk area, which includes amusements, the pier, cineplex theaters, 'Bubba Gump' restaurant (our favourite), outdoor entertainment and small boutiques; close to world class theme parks, including Disney and Universal studios; and main events such as Indy 500 and Biketober fest, Bikeweeks. There is always something to enjoy and discover while in Daytona.

Visiting Daytona Beach Shores during the last 25 years, we have had the priveledge of renting condos in the many wonderful buildings the area offers. When we visited our unit in Ocean Vistas for the first time it was, 'love at the first sight'. When you visit you will now what we mean. The building offers first class amenities: a five-star grand lobby; a modern clubroom which includes a library, sushi bar eating area, fireplace, pool table all over-looking the Ocean. It is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy friendly company after a day at beach. The second floor also offers a sauna, large exercise room with state of the art equipment, LCD tv's, also over-looking the Ocean. Across from clubroom,there is a business center,equipped with a computer and wireless internet,fax and copy machine. When you step ouside onto the building grounds, you will find yourself in the best ocean front area Daytona Beach Shores has to offer. With a large infinity, heated pool, hot-tub, and the only fire-pit in the area to enjoy romantic, moonlit evenings. The building has a state of the art security system. You and your family will feel safe here. Another reason why we bought in Ocean Vistas is that the building offers weekly rentals, unlike many other buildings in the area which offer two weeks' minimum rentals and higher -- should you decide to stay less than two weeks, in most cases you will find yourself in an uncomfortable situation with the condominum association. It is a situation to be avoided when you are on vacation. At Ocean Vistas this is something you do not have to worry about. You are a welcome guest. Although some buildings in Daytona Beach Shores may also offer weekly rentals, they do not offer the luxurious amenities, and security Ocean Vistas enjoys.
