It was a great Fall Break home away from home. Location was great. Open floor plan on main level worked good for us. Sad the master suite on main level won’t be available to use in 2024.

We appreciate your five star review & are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at 25 Ruddy Turnstone! For 2024 rentals, the homeowners have opted to adjust the home to a five bedroom rental home sleeping up to 14 guests. We’d love to have you stay with us again – should you need options with six bedrooms, we’d be happy to send over some alternative homes. Thank you again for your review & we hope to see you for your next beach vacation to Hilton Head Island!

Beautiful homet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 5 bedroom home is very close to the ocean and has a great pool and fenced in backyard. The only drawback is that there is no half bath on the main floor so guests that are just visiting and also people staying in the other bedrooms upstairs all use the one that is connected to the downstairs bedroom.

25 Ruddy Turnstone Summer 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the property for a week and had an excellent time. The property was well maintained, and clean and Coastal Home & Villa did an excellent job in responding to the few issues we raised. This was our third time with CH&V, and we were again very well pleased. The Property had excellent bedroom and bathroom accommodations for our party of eleven family members and friends. The living space is excellent with good seating, visual appeal, and a large dining area on the main floor. An additional living space is provided on the second floor. The outdoor accommodation, including a nice-sized pool, cooking facilities, and space for socialization, are excellent. The walk to the beach is on a sidewalk directly accessible from the pool area and the beach is spectacular. It is a great property along with a great property management team!

Hilton Head vacation 2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Hilton Head for 40 years with our children and their family. We all agreed that this was the best house we have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, clean and very close to the beach. When we arrived they were there fixing something that was broken and didn’t wait until we had called and complained about it. Looking forward to staying at the same house next year.

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house is spacious, comfortable and well maintained, Its location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach, and an easy bike ride to the beach club. The backyard was a highlight for us. Plenty of space to relax, eat together, play games, and enjoy the beautifully landscaped setting. The pool is gorgeous and provided the perfect place to relax, swim and enjoy the sunshine. Fabulous property!!!

A Piece of Paradise

Wow, what an amazing vacation! The house is comfortably large and beautifully decorated. It manages to gather the family in one large space, but yet bedrooms big enough that you could retreat for some alone time. Never had a family trip where no one wanting to go home. Beautiful property! Highly recommend!

Great house!

We loved this house. We had 2 families that shared it. If you have lots of kids, there are only 2 bedrooms with twins/doubles. But it fit our group perfectly. It is also close to the beach - a very easy walk.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lovely beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house rental for a family vacation reunion of nine adult family members was great. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and big enough for everyone to have their own personal space. The location was private with a outdoor pool and a short walk to a private section of the beach. Management company was very responsive and promptly took care of a few minor complaints (ie difficulty turning on grill, getting leaves out of pool). Cleaning service was excellent. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental to others and hope to be back in the future.

Great Stay

We just returned from a week at this beautiful home. For us, the location was perfect and we loved that you could walk back and forth to the beach because it was so close. Plenty of room for our large group of adults and teenagers. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of room to feed a large group (so many vacation rentals overlook that detail). Property manager was very responsive to a few minor issues and also after a tropical storm hit the island. We couldn't be more pleased with their response. Will book with them again for sure.

Another Beautiful Week in HHI!

My wife and I have been vacationing in HHI with our family, specifically Sea Pines, for the past 15 years and have rented numerous properties through this time frame. This property is by far the nicest we have experienced. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities, the house is very beautiful, clean and well maintained and the pool area was clean and orderly. We had a large group, 13 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The close proximity to the beach was also a bonus. We will definitely look at this property for future vacations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is spacious, beautiful, and accommodating. We had 10 people in it and all had more than enough space. The pool and spa were so nice at the end of a long day on the beach. The kitchen is lovely and updated. The bathrooms and closets are all very large. We did have several issues with some of the appliances, but Coastal Home and Villa was absolutely amazing at responding to our every need and making it right. They answered calls and emails within 5 minutes. Their service truly made our stay much better.
