The kitchen is completely updated with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you need and more to make cooking and preparing meals a breeze! Plenty of space makes it easy for guests to cook simultaneously with room to spare. The dining table can seat 8 people, and there are 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. There is also a breakfast nook in the living room with additional seating for eight!

The first-floor master suite is entered through the study, which features a work desk, couch, and powder room. Through this room sits the huge suite, consisting of a king-sized bed, comfortable seating, and a large flatscreen TV. This bedroom has direct access to the pool and deck through its sliding doors. The ensuite bathroom is very spacious and features two separate vanities, a large walk-in shower and spa tub, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. On the mezzanine level, you will find the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, a couch, a flatscreen TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
