Tabby den 12.! Trin til stranden.

På næsten 3000 kvadratmeter "Tabby den 12." er strandhuset med plads til alle. Det er kun en kort gåtur til stranden, men hvis du gerne vil have noget privatliv, har huset sin egen pool. Puljen kan opvarmes til de kølige efterår og vinterdage. Gebyret for opvarmning af poolen er $ 100 per reservation. Dette hjem er beliggende på East Beach, så der er plads til at lægge sig selv ved højvande. Der er fladskærms-tv i hvert soveværelse. To vidunderlige verandaer - en vist i. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house feels new on the inside. The backyard feels like a movie set it's so clean. This house was modern but never felt cold. We enjoyed nights in as much as out on the town. I highly recommend this rental. A short stroll to the beach and to Goulds Inlet are an added bonus. It did not feel like a tourist location but more like a good friend let you stay in their home while out of town.

Super spacious and clean home with access to 2 different beaches. Absolutely loved the private pool and screened in porch with swing. One of the most memorable vacations we have ever experienced! St simons was a dream and so was this rental!

Perfect a group or multiple families

We stayed here for our annual girls weekend, and it was the perfect set up. We had a short walk/drive to the beach. We used public beach access as the access at the end of the street was impassable given some flooding. The pool in the back yard was just big enough for us to hang out around and the one baby in the group to enjoy floating in. The master suite is amazing with a cute sitting room attached. The upstairs suite was impeccable and cozy, with the only downside being the tight and steep stairway to get up there. Overall would recommend staying here.

Birthday trip

First visit to SSI The house is beautiful and every bit as amazing as the pictures. Very convenient to everything and the beach access is even closer than we thought! The pool and sitting area with fireplace are very well maintained and even had a great weber gas grill. Theres so much space for everyone. We had 6adults and 1 child and still had room for more! Nice, quiet neighborhood, and very well maintained!! And the pictures of the bathrooms do no justice to the actual size and beauty...they are huge! We very much enjoyed the kitchen with huge commercial gas stove/oven. 3 great dining spots and even a screened in side porch with extra fridge, and porch swing bed and extra seats to just sit and chill 😎 we will definetly be back!!

The two primary bedroom suites and two additional bedrooms worked perfectly for our group that consisted of two families with 4 kids total (ages 13,10,9 and 2). The heated pool was a blessing since we didn’t have the warmest weather every day. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling as we made most of our meals. Location is amazing- we walked to beach every AM for sunrise and every PM for sunset. The only thing that we would recommend adding would be some hooks for hanging up towels in bathroom to hang up wet towels and swimsuits. Overall was a wonderful vacation home.

Would love to see the addition of a desk somewhere in the house for us virtual workers. Even under the TV in the 2nd TV room would be useful.
