very nice stay

excellent location, heated pool and plenty of restaurants, the ocean here as high tide comes all the way up to the sea wall so definitely good to have the pool for part of the day. make sure you are aware there is no washer/dryer in the unit but otherwise a very good stay.

Beach getaway

This place was amazing. The view was stunning. My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4. We are already talking about coming back.

Family friendly

Wonderful location. Clean and safe. A little disappointed the stairs to the beach were still broken, but wouldn't stop me from booking again.

NSB Condo

The location was great. Easy to get to restaurants and attractions. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. Easy to get to beach. The other residents that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and it met all of our needs. We look forward to going back again.

The construction on the beach was awful. We could not walk out to beach from property at all and had to walk very far just to get on beach south . They also worked all night and it was very loud

Point East

We have been coming to Point East for years. This condo was very nice, clean and decorated beautifully. Easy access to beach and parking. We would definitely use again.

Point East Condos

Thank you for a wonderful condo to vaca in!! When we walked in, it was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we CD needed. Our ocean and pool view was spectacular. We love NSB and Point East and can’t wait to come back!!!

Wonderful Stay October 2016

We stayed at Dottie's in October. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. It was a wonderful set up for us and our boys. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. We are definitely looking forward to being able to stay again.

This condo is beautiful and clean. We liked it very much and the beach.

We had a great experience; beautiful clean condo and great pool and beach! The mattresses in the guest room were uncomfortable; I would recommend putting comfortable mattress in the guest room, just like the great mattress in the master bedroom and having a slow cooker in this unit would have been very nice.

We love Point East and this Unit

The condo is updated, clean and has a great view of the sunrise over the ocean. The unit had everything we needed for a small family of 4. We highly recommend this complex and this unit.

Home away from HOME

This condo was in the perfect location. It was spotless and adorable. The kitchen is amazing with everything I need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The cleanliness of the condo blew me away. The grounds and pool area are wonderful and amazingly taken care of. Huge pool and great area for lunch or sitting in the shade. I will definitely be back. A perfect vacation.

Sisters Retirement Getaway

We were very pleased with the unit we stayed in and the entire complex. The people were very welcoming and friendly. The entire area was clean and well kept. The only downfall was that the stairs that lead to the beach from the property were damaged during the last hurricane and have not been replaced, yet. Thankfully the condo complex is located next to the public access but it a walk to get there

Family vacation

Nice beach access, great community pool. Great location. Would have given it 5 stars if the guest toilet would have been fixed. We called and spoke with someone but never got a call back. It was still broken when we left. Luckily we were only a party of 3.

Experience of Point East

This is a great spot for families & friends to vacation! Located right in the beach! Beautiful views! Nice large pool & a baby pool. We had a wonderful time! My only complaint about the property is there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. This was a bummer but it worked out. The other thing is I would rent on the first floor next time with 2 small children wanting to come in and out. Overall this was a great trip.

Fantastic Vacation Experience

Boy, the family had a great time. The condo was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed...all the way to beach items for the kids to use. The pool and beach we're beautiful and everyone was friendly. We meet several families we hung out with and the kids made friends as well. The unit itself must have been recently renovated and "felt" like Florida and the location was perfect for a great view of the pool and ocean. Even the community of NSB turned out to be filled with things to do......what a great beach town with great places to eat. We will definately be back!

Great location !

Condo was nice, the tv in master bedroom did not work when we arrived. They randomly sent a repair person, messaged us at the same time as the repair person arrived. Something that should have been addressed before we arrived or given us then option. Overall good condition, the location is great.

Fabulous condo and location

This condo is so nicely decorated and updated! In fact, the living area pics need to be updated as patio door curtains have been added and it looks slightly different although the furniture is the same. We loved the beachy theme but it wasn't over the top. When we had too much sun, we sat on our cool shaded balcony and enjoyed the ocean view. Being on the no-drive beach was so much better than I thought it would be! The on-site property manager Chaz was so responsive with the few small issues we had. I would love to book this condo again!

Dotties Retreat is paradise

Dottie's Retreat was an amazing place. This was our 14th year at NSB and our first at Dottie's at Pointe East condos. The condo was immaculate, everything you would need was provided. All you need is your swim trunks and you are going to have the time of your life. The courtyard was beautiful the pavilion was so spacious and always a gathering place for all the people vacationing there. The grill area was very well maintain and the view from the balcony was breath taking. the condo was very large and plenty of room for myself and my family. Very well maintained and clean and neat and decorated to enhance the feel of being at the beach. I can't wait to get back to Dottie's as soon as possible. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us.

GREAT CONDO UNIT

I have been coming down to Point East Condo for at least 15 years or more, have stayed in about 5 or 6 different units, depending on availability. This unit is my absolute favorite and I have stayed in it for at least 8 years...and always book at least a year ahead to make sure I get it. The decor is comfortable, cozy, very clean, and beachy...with plenty of room for 6 people. The photos are spot on!! The unit is fully stocked with everything you can imagine...appliances, cookware, storage space, linens, books, puzzles, TVs, etc. It has a direct view of the pool, ocean, and gorgeous sunrises....one of the best views in the entire complex!!! Since finding this unit, I won't stay anywhere else!! I would recommend this property!!!
