They gave me every thing I needed for our stay. Check in was seamless. And help I needed I was able to text and get help quickly. The cabin was beautiful and clean. My trip was amazing

There was big pieces of leftover food still on the floor when I arrived. The downstairs bathroom reeked of urine.

The layout of the cabin was perfect as we had 2 boys that loved the air hockey table and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Fall Getaway 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time to stay in the Legacy Mountain area using Elk Springs Resort for the booking in the past five years. Booking was easy. Cabin was as described. The office called checked on us to make sure everything was ok with the cabin. We reported issues with the TV’s and they jumped right on it and had someone there within a few hours. Beds could use an update with better mattresses. We actually had a bear that visited each night trying to get into the trash cans which are inside a cage to keep bears out. Also had a bear walking down the drive.Cabin is in a great location to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

My only negatives were there wasn’t a hair dryer in the unit (I assumed it was like most places and supplied that) and the dryer struggled to dry our items efficiently. Took multiple cycles. The location was close to town.

Just wish there was another bathroom on the main instead of my mom having to go down to the basement to the bathroom a few times. I’m was just an inconvenience for her mainly because the bathroom on the main floor was in the bedroom where my aunt and uncle were.

Both couches let out into beds which was great for the kiddos, they loved the movie room and game room a lot. The view is breathtaking & our last morning there we looked out and seen a mama n two bear cubs, it made our whole trip. Loved the hot tub and beds are comfy, I’d definitely recommend this cabin.

This was the first time I rented a cabin for my family sight unseen. It turned out to be a great experience! Customer service was quick to help us out with anything we needed. I would recommend this rental to everyone and we will certainly return again in the future. It is close to the National Park and all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Such a beautiful and fun area to vacation.
