Unit 304, at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming, shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by Vrbo guests. The condo is ideal for couples,families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips,etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware,new rugs, pack and play, highchair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch t.v in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals.The condo has 3 flatscreen tv’s, 2 stereos, 3 dvd’s,etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc,.The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair ,tv and dvd. The condo has games, puzzles, dvd library, books and 3 charging stations.The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs ,beach toys and spf50 beach umbrella!  The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Sanibel Siesta has the best office staff around to help you Monday thru Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-12 for your convenience. This slice of paradise has lots of extras to make your stay special! Simply relax and enjoy the beach and pool! RSW airport is only 50 minutes away….Come stay….Sanibel makes memories!

Unit 304 was protected by shutters during hurricane Ian . The condo was spared with no water damage. what you see in this photos is still how it remains. Fresh paint was added but colors are the same .

The complex is right on the beach and we have a 50% return rate from our guests! Some of the amenities include temperature controlled pool, private shelling beach, golf a bock away, restaurant next door, tennis and pickleball just down the street, full kitchen, private garage, 3 night minimum, on site staff, etc. Sanibel offers 50 restaurants, over 50 shops for your enjoyment. We are on the 25 mile bike trail and offer bike rental on-site! Best news …we are only 50 minutes from RSW airport! So, do come for a relaxing vacation….Sanibel makes memories!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely Sanibel condo. Annie, the owner was so accommodating. Her place had everything one would need and was a short stroll to the beach. The garage accommodated my F150 with room to spare. Wonderful experience and would certainly return.

What a wonderful trip. The location is amazing and the hostess is so gracious. The hostess had the best communication, from restaurant ideas, and places to visit, and very quick response to any and all questions we had. Highly suggest the keyless entry system. It was very convenient.

Our host was extremely attentive to all communication. The condo was located in a good spot for access to the beautiful pool area and only a few extra steps to the beach. Great location to explore the rest of the Island. Very accommodating space to have local friends and family visitors. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Condo was true to the listing. Pool was great and the condo complex is right on the beach. Anne was a great host, very easy to communicate with and provided restaurant suggestions. Great stay for a family of 4!

After a hiccup with check in, which the host made up for, this was a great stay! The property managers were as nice as could be as well. Love the location and proximity to the beach!

Unit 304 at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is getting ready for the fall and winter seasons.New drapes, new rugs, new impact sliders on order,etc.The den off the master bedroom is great for a guest to sleep in and the den has a desk and printer for our guests. Great condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. Loved the screened in porch and the proximity to the beach. Was great to have the beach items in the garage for use and the bike rentals on property! Such a beautiful island, we loved our stay!

Outstanding experience

My daughters and I found this VRBO to be above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and decor were comfortable and stylish. The beds were comfy and having a garage to keep the car in was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family.
