The place was great and the hosts were wonderful. When we have a chance to return to Florence, this would be my number one selection for a place to stay. Easy access to the train station and tram line.We took a few tours while in Florence and this made for an ideal base location. The pictures and listing of the apartment was spot one.

We were very pleased with our stay and have no complaints to express. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the SMN train station - an easy walk with luggage. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance and there is a Carrefour Express convenience market nearby. The main Florence attractions are all with a 20 minute walk from the apartment. Our hosts worked with us and our train schedule and allowed us to check in a little earlier than the stated check-in time. A representative was waiting for us at the apartment to give us the keys and go over the details of the apartment.

The property was beautifully maintained with a great balance of old and new. Soaring wood inlay ceilings, adornments and historical importance blended beautifully with a modern newly updated kitchen and bathroom. We used the pullout couch which was very comfortable. Eloisa and Emmanuel were excellent hosts - they provided coffee and snacks. The coffee was excellent. We didn’t eat the biscuits but they looked very tasty. Apartment has everything you need and more. We ate at the hotel next door at both breakfast and dinner and highly recommend. It was a great spot to access both the city and the train station. Highly recommend! Thank you Eloisa and Emmanuel!

This was such a beautiful property, and the most well decorated that we've stayed in so far in our trip to Italy. The hosts were very responsive and left helpful recommendations and lots of amenities.
