The views from here are just stunning, and guests can enjoy quiet nights grilling or simply relaxing.



Please note that this property is not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette groups and to be able to make a reservation you will need to have at least 25 years old.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the house as well as all the amenities that Vista Vela has to offer. The community features a thoughtfully designed layout that affords unobstructed views of Cabo San Lucas Bay for everyone. Additional amenities include 24-hour security, covered parking spaces for all units (with additional street parking for visitors outside the gate), a large infinity community pool, a separate kids' pool, a green playground area, and a spacious clubhouse complete with a gym, lounge, and snack bar

Vista Vela is a vibrant community in Cabo San Lucas, perfectly situated just minutes from downtown and Medano Beach. With a mix of condos and single-family homes, the community offers stunning views of Cabo Bay. Getting Around:

The bus stop is walking distance, however renting a car is a great a idea. In case you prefer, we can help you arranging your private transportation from the airport to the condo.



Other Things to Note:

In line with community rules, the maximum occupancy for this condo is limited to 6. Daytime visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the condo must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 6. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $250 USD fine.



We kindly remind you that pets are NOT allowed on this property, If you are planning to travel with your pet or service dog please let us know, and we will be happy to find a place for you, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction nearby, you might experience noise, during the construction hours. While efforts are being made to minimize the disruption, we wanted to ensure that you are informed.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
