Excellent Location and Villa!

I would highly recommend this Villa for your next Cabo visit. It is very clean, luxurious, and spacious. It is also not far from downtown Marina and close to all the major tourist attractions and activities. Also the property managers were very helpful and communicative! Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location

What a Blast!

Place was amazing, Joaquin was so helpful and took care of everything we needed. Transportation, Chef experience, massages, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The Cabo Casa

Amazing place to stay when in Cabo San Lucas. Joaquin is absolutely amazing, and took care of us at the drop of a hat.

Location is key

Our family of five, which included a 15, 18 & 19 yr old loved swimming in the pool, morning and night. There is a shortcut to get into the town (132 steps) where the gate is open 6a-8p. Otherwise, a short urber or walk to the property the long way around still worked out fine. The view is great for beautiful sunrises over looking the marina and hearing the sea lions throughout the day/night never got old. A maid comes to the house every other day to keep things tidy. We had a great experience and would stay here again.

Birthday trip

This place was amazing. I came here for my 40th bday with 6 girlfriends. The view from the deck and infinity pool was amazing and the best part. House was clean and the host Fernando was awesome! He was always there when we needed anything! Definitely recommend this place!

20th anniversary

Fernando and Antonio were the best hosts... the location was amazing. finishing off each night with a swim in this pool was such a treat, overlooking the city night life. would book again for sure!

Great stay

This property was great! Walking distance from town which was super nice! And we loved having the pool at our place! The owner was super friendly and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! One thing worth mentioning is there are a lot of stairs to walk into town and the walk back up can be tough on a warm day. Luckily the pool and great views are there when you get back

Cabo Wabo 2020

The house was absolutely perfect for 3 couples. We loved the pool, and the amazing view! It was very convenient to walk to town and the marina. Even though it's a little bit of a hike back up, it was quick! We felt very safe with security at the main and walking gates.

Great views, great location

6 of us stayed here for a week. Great house for a week stay, plenty of room for 6 people. The location can’t be beat, only about 10-15 minute walk down to the marina. 130 steps to get up to the house on the way back though. The pool is awesome along with the views of Cabo from outside and the living room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Fernando and Tony were super helpful and welcoming too. Would stay here again.

Fabulous 5-0 Birthday Weekend

I brought in my big 5-0 with a small group of friends for 4 nights at this beautiful villa! The host, Mike, made booking very easy even when a slight glitch happened on Vrbo. His concierges, Fernando and Antonio, were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We all loved the location and being able to walk into town in just a couple minutes. The villa was bright, comfortable and the pool/spa was amazing

Remarkable home

We have stayed in this house before & is why we came back with our kids!! Great house, our own pool & walking distance to the marina & restaurants! A couple of minor misses would be more kitchen utensils, spices etc. to be able to cook a meal & access to get thru the patrolled gate after if closes at night!

Beautiful location

Great space for 3 couples. Walking distance to marina, stores and restaurants. Great location. Great neighborhood. Lots of stairs… that is the only concern. - wasn’t a factor for us at all- but in case it’s an issue for elderly or small children. Would definitely recommend this home!! Fernando was accommodating and friendly

Great Location

Our stay was very enjoyable. Nice house and great location. Couple of things that could improve..no measuring cups or spoons, lack of blankets, wash clothes & bath towels. We had a sheet and very thin cover on each bed. Other than that, it was great.

Pedregal

Very nice unit with excellent views and a great pool. It is very close to downtown but you have to go up a bunch of stairs to get home - hence, the great views! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I would definitely return.

Look No Further - Top Notch Vacation Home in Pedregal !!

Casa Cathleen is the best vacation home!! Our family received the BEST service from Edson and Rick! When we arrived Edson was there waiting for us and literally helped us with unpacking our rental car, and was speeding up and down stairs with our luggage. In addition, we were then served a scrumptuous meal (one of several) that they cooked. They both made our trip, and we will be back again and again. Lovely home, lovely people!!!!

Great Place to Stay

My family and I (8 total people, ages 24-65) all had a great time. Both Mike & Edson made the whole trip very easy and comfortable. Edson stocked the fridge before we got there and helped arrange all of our activities throughout the trip. Plus, they got us in contact with a shuttle service to and from the airport. The actual house/pool was great with amazing views. Plus, the walk to downtown is very easy, 10-15 min away from anything. Would stay here again, as it was a great family vacation. Would recommend to a friend.

5 Star stay !!

Great great stay. Close to town, very nice place, Fabulous views. If you dont mind walking up stairs, great exercise or just opt for an inexpensive ride back to the unit, no issues either way. Antonio and his partner were 5 star service (they are in the hotel business so they know). Were there for us anytime we needed. Will be back!!! They made that decision easy.

The nice think about Casa Cathleen is if you have a big group the are options with the home below it is 4 bedroom master suites and 6200 sq. ft.Casa Cathleen 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom penthouse total of 9 bedrooms . Also very close to downtown so you can walk and take a cab back if needed. Or ask about another 2 bedrooms available for larger groups.

The Views are the Best pool second great lines and a great coffee maker for those morning when you need it on the balcony enjoying the views. Also ask about fishing Boat 35 cabo at marina.Also have DR for Covid 19 testing and house calls
