The house was great! Everything was as it appeared on the website.

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was as stated on the website. The only things that did not work correctly was the pool heater was broken and the downstairs bedroom wall AC did not cool correctly. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. The pool is heated by the sun. If guests want it to be warmer, there is a way to get it to be warmer using the water from the hot tub. I will talk to Francisco about the a/c. We always appreciate it when people let us know during their stay if anything needs to be fixed so we can address it right away so that they can use it while they are there. =)

Beautiful home with a view!

I would normally give them 5 stars, but there is a house being built next door (which they did tell us about) and the workers look directly at us while laying out and swimming. Other than that it is a wonderful location and large space with great views, we even saw fireworks!!

The house was not as close to the beach as we were expecting. There were several lights burned out and the ice maker didn't work properly. The house was smaller than it looked in the pictures but we were comfortable. We had a great time and the gated community was nice and safe.

Hi, I apologize for the light bulbs that were out. I am currently here at the villa addressing things in need of attention, but the ice maker seems to be working fine for myself and the rest of our family. The interior size of the villa is 3500 square feet plus more square footage for the outdoor pool and hot tub area. There are several beaches around the area, but the closest beach is less than 10 minutes walking. There are many more beaches around the Los Cabos area...it just depends on what one's interests are; swimming, jogging, snorkeling, restaurants/bars, surfing, etc. I send all my guests info before check-in regarding where the best beach is for what their interests are. The house also has a full time property manager who is available to fix things that are not up to guests standards as long as they contact him or myself while they are here. We really do strive that our guests have a 5 star experience.

Family getaway

The property was great for what we needed. Family stay with grown daughters gave us the amount of space for everyone. We rented a car so we could easily get into town. We never had an issue finding parking in town. Only issue we had with the house is that the hot tub would not heat. We contacted the property manager and he gave us instructions on how to turn the heat on. Unfortunately it still didn’t work. We would have liked to use the hot tub during our stay.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were not able to use the hot tub. I appreciate it when guests reach out to our property manager when things are not working properly for them. They can also have our property manager come to the house or contact me as well if they still need help. The hot tub is working at this time.

Los Amigos

Property was a great deal. Kitchen had built up grease when we arrived. Notified Angie and she had someone clean it up the next day. Although they are building a house in front of the pool. Which we were told. The views of the ocean are still there and the views of the mountain are spectacular. The Security at the gate we’re very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did an awesome job cleaning when they came in. The only thing to note is the second bedroom is a double bed not a queen and water pressure in the master bathroom is not very good.

Fantastic Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our party of 8 4(adults and 4 kids). The bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage space, there were plenty of bathrooms for all, the kitchen and laundry room were well-stocked and the outdoor space--patio with plenty of shade, a great pool and hot tub, and a great big grill was fantastic. The community is beautiful, quiet and safe. The home felt like a peaceful oasis to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of downtown and Medano beach.

This villa was beautiful. The pictures are not misleading except it’s far better in person!

My family and I enjoyed 7 great nights at Villa Los Amigos. It is a great location and the pictures you see in the listing are exactly what you get. Francisco, the property manager, stopped in on our second day to ensure all of our needs were met. This is a Great villa for relaxing in the large pool or hot tub with plenty of large rooms and bathrooms as well. A grill was also provided which we used to make a few quick lunches while relaxing by the pool. Pedregal is an amazing place to stay, as it is a gated community with its own private beach which is amazingly beautiful. This allows you to escape the crowds and peddlers found on the more popular beaches. Right outside of pedregal you are a few short steps from downtown and the marina for great dining, bars and nightlife. I only have 2 suggestions if you’re staying at this villa: 1. Book an extra night if you can. No stay Here is long enough! 2. Rent a car. You’re not far from anything, but with pedregal being built into a hill/mountain the walks can take a toll. Booking this villa is a safe bet, and you will not be disappointed.

Family fun trip to Pedregal,Los Cabo

Villa Los Amigos in Pedregal was lovely, very well stocked with your cooking needs. Pool and view were awesome. Service was excellent! Julio was very prompt at meeting our requests when needed! Don’t forget your amenities though. House has soap but no shampoo,conditioners or lotion. One hairdryer was available. Tennis courts very nice but there is a fee and you have to call to reserve. Los Cabo overall...fabulous! So clean and the Mexican people are so friendly and helpful! We will definitely return!

Very nice place

Spent 10 days here with family it was very nice I’d recommend for sure. We do like to walk to town I would say we did this only once due to very steep road. I would definitely get a car next time I should have listened to owners advice. views are great and it’s a quiet place. Had a few issues but Francisco was able to correct quickly.

Christmas family vacation

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home in the gated Pedregal community, with a great view of the water. The house was spacious and exactly as advertised. There is a housekeeper who comes every couple of days which was a nice bonus,. While the house is near the beach and downtown Cabo, be aware it is at the top of a big hill. A rental car is a must unless you don't mind using a taxi or you enjoy a vigorous walk up a steep hill. This was a luxurious place to spend the holidays.

I am always a little leery of online reservations of all types (VRBO, hotels, etc.) I've seen too many instances of someone really good with photography. However, Los Amigos was exactly as it appears in the posting: Spacious, beautiful, modern, clean, you name it. Our family was delighted with the villa and the accomodations. Highly recommend.

Great villa for relaxing!

We had a lovely time at Villa Los Amigos. The outdoor pool area and master bedroom were lovely. We used a service for someone to come make us breakfast every morning as well as provide massages, highly recommended! The upstairs bedrooms were a little underwhelming, one of the beds was rock hard and the other bedroom didn't have many places to put your items. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing getaway!

The house is gorgeous!!! We were 8 of us in this house for 3 days and it was exactly the break we needed. It was very relaxing to chill by the pool and jacuzzi and there are some breath taking views on your way to the villa. Thank you for a fantastic place! Will definitely be coming back.

Awesome getaway!

I stayed here a week with some friends and it was exactly what I needed. We went kayaking and snorkeling and checked out the local restaurants. Walking distance from town and the beach. Just waking up and hanging out by the pool was so relaxing. Every now and again we could see whales in the distance! You better believe I want to go back!

Taking the chill off from Canada!

This is a beautiful villa, walking distance to town...appx 15 minutes! Great views from the patio and pool. Absolutely relaxing environment. Much much better than a hotel or resort. We are already planning our trip back here. Thank you for a great holiday!

Beyond expectations

We spent 10 days at "Los Amigos" and had a great time . The house was the perfect base for our golf outings . We played 9 rounds of golf on wonderful courses with breathtaking views . We also went fishing and got 3 Mahi-mahi . The food at the local Mexican restaurants was excellent . The location of the house is top , allowing us to do our yoga at the pool at sunrise . What a view ! The pool is prestine as well . Overall this was the best golf vacation ever !

WOW what a great vacation!!

We spent a week in the house - you couldn't have asked for better. The views, pool and service were equal with any Ritz Carlton - This simple was the Ritz Carlton of Pedergel!! The house has a phone to call back to the states - internet so you can post of Facebook and keep up with you emails. maids called on the house 3 times during the week and took care of everything. The grounds keeper were around everyday to ensure things were top notch and the pool was ready for you. The home was quiet and had a view worth a million. This is the type of place you will love and hate - Love being there and hate having to leave.
