Zenith-bygningen (færdiggjort i april 2016) kan prale af moderne bekvemmeligheder og styling. Det ligger på hjørnet af Venustiano Carranza og Calle Constitucion, 2. 5 gader fra stranden og omgivet af byens bedste restauranter, producere markeder, butikker og kunstgallerier.

Zeniths fællesarealer inkluderer en tagterrasse med en pool, boblebad, loungestole, spiseplads, grill og fitnessrum. Sikkerhed findes på stedet 24/7.

Nabolaget

Zenith-bygningen ligger i den romantiske zone, den gamle bydel i AKA. Dette er den mest sker del af Vallarta og er fyldt med butikker, caféer, barer og restauranter. Basilio Badillo er kendt for at have nogle af de bedste restauranter i PV og er kun en blok syd for Pavilion.

Stranden ligger også en kort gåtur, kun mere end 2 gader vest for Zenith. Du finder adskillige restauranter og barer beliggende på stranden samt en håndfuld aktiviteter, herunder parasailing, jetski, bananbåd, flyboarding osv.

Komme rundt

Du har ikke brug for en bil for at opleve Puerto Vallarta centrum. Denne bygning er i gåafstand til alt hvad du har brug for uden bakker til at gå ned eller klatre op. Hvis du gerne vil komme ud af byen, er taxaer og busser let tilgængelige og overkommelige.

Even nicer in person. Location canr be beat. Everything is walkable. Fantastic views, great night’s sleep, comfy bed, breezes for days. High point : the views from the balcony with your morning coffee:-)

Great location, clean, safe. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/tools. Loved the balcony and rooftop. Small detractors from an otherwise fantastic stay: weak WiFi in bedroom, no soaps/shampoo in shower, a bit too much decor that made things feel busy/cluttered. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very well equipped, lots of space and well decorated. Large balcony was enjoyable. Rooftop pool was relaxing. Unfortunately both treadmills in the gym were broken down. Location was great and within walking distance of all sites in Romantica Zone and Malcon. Central location made it a bit noisy from traffic.

Great condo

Really enjoyed staying here - great location. The condo is spacious and well appointed. Loved the rooftop pool and gym. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for wanting to be in the center of zona romantica. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The unit itself is lovely with two balcony's and there was very little road noise. It's also very well equipped with appliances and other necessities. we go to PV often and I look forward to staying here again.

Little Getaway

The stay was pleasant, the place was nice and clean. The balcony had a good view of the mountain and its surroundings. The concierge was super nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing location and the online pictures do not do justice to the size and feel of the space...It's even more beautiful in person. If you want to be in the heart of the Zona Romantica, this is it! While the property management company was easy to communicate with regarding check in and check out, there were some issues (the ice maker did not work when we arrived, which was an issue that was never resolved during our stay, and a miscommunication on their end with one of their team had a workman appear unannounced in the unit before we checked out). Would have given 5 stars otherwise. Still, we truly enjoyed the space and would not hesitate renting it in the future.

Better than the pictures

I was really impressed with the space. It was actually bigger than the pictures made it seem and the wraparound balcony was great. Shower does need more water pressure.

The perfect get-away condo

The Zenith is ideally located in the heart of the Romantic Zone, steps away from great restaurants, galleries, and the beach. The unit was impeccable. We loved breakfast on the veranda as the city awoke, time at the luxurious rooftop pool as the sun got hot, and strolls on the Malacon in the afternoon. We slept well in the very comfortable bed and enjoyed lounging in the living room with the AC on. Our concierge was helpful, welcoming and always available. We had a perfect get-away and will come again

Excellent service

From the time we arrived with a ride waiting for us to leaving with. Ride back to the airport, Jose made our trip very smooth! The condo was excellent and views were unreal! A little surprise gift was waiting for me which I found to be a classy touch! Everything was just perfect and such a great experience to celebrate my 75th birthday! Thank you so much Jose

Great condo and location!

We experienced the best of Puerto Vallarta while staying at this condo. The condo, patio and common areas were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Thanks to Aurora for arranging our transportation, grocery delivery and making our stay great. The only constructive feedback is that the bed was less than ideal - very firm and uncomfortable (coming from someone who enjoys a firm bed), and very squeaky. If the bed and pillows were replaced, we’d definitely stay here again to be in the center of it all in PV!

Our Puerto Vallarta Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It had everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean, check in was a breeze and we were very comfortable. It was close to everything we wanted in the romantic zone. The place lived up to my expectations from the listing and I would stay here again. The only drawback was the business on the street that blasted the radio station during the afternoon. However the nights were quiet so we slept well. And we were usually out and about in the afternoon so we were not botherer too much by the noise.

Overall, this was a good experience but I don’t think I would rent this particular unit again. The unit is very close to what is pictured with a few minor decor differences. While the unit was very clean, the furniture has a fair amount of wear and tear and there are a lot of fake flowers both inside and out that are faded and broken which take away from the overall feel. Removing them would help a lot. The ice maker and refrigerator water dispenser are not functional, which was also mentioned in previous reviews but does not seem to have been addressed. No big deal, we just filled up glasses with tap water and put them in the fridge to cool but obviously this does take some time. We could overlook these minor issues but the deal breaker was the bed which was extremely hard and very uncomfortable. The shower was very good. Plenty of pressure and hot water. We did enjoy the outdoor space and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The A/C units worked great and were absolutely essential as it was in the 90’s all week with what felt like a billion percent humidity.The building itself is great as is the location which really can’t be beat. The rooftop pool is excellent but both treadmills in the gym were taped off/broken. Communication with the property management company was good, as was the cleaning service.

Great Experience, But only 1 Recommendation

The property is quite lovely, larger than the pictures suggest. Very clean, and surprisingly quiet. (I expected night club music) There is some traffic noise (mainly people's car radios, going by that is noticeable, however, it never kept us awake at night. The bed, unfortunately did. I'd highly recommend a new bed frame. The current one is quite noisy, it creaks and squeaks at the slightest toss/turn. I would also appreciate pillows that weren't quite so "plump". (or at least have an alternative set in the closet, the ones in the closet were just as high. Unfortunately, both my husband and I had neck soreness each day.) However, the overall experience was wonderful. The place is beautiful, location quite central and safe, with lots of high end and fast taco stands very close by. Other than the bed, we'd only have 5* reviews across the board!

This apartment was a wonderful retreat in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The apartment is beautifully maintained with modern amenities. Having filtered water in both the kitchen and bathroom was a bonus and the balcony, living room, and bedroom provided us with plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the vibe in the Zona Romantica. It is close to the beach and various restaurants but it was also quiet and peaceful with the bedroom set back in the apartment and away from the street. We really appreciated the ease of checking in and are grateful to the hosts for allowing us to stay in their beautiful apartment. Hopefully, we will return again soon!

Perfect Stay & Property!

This property was perfect for my partner and I. We loved the wrap-around balcony and would have breakfast and coffee most mornings on it or just hand out in the evening before bed. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Aurora the property manager was also very helpful and made everything so easy when arriving! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed vacation!
