This property could not have been nicer or better equipped. The staff were super friendly and at our service any time we needed them. The pool on the roof was beautiful and well maintained. The condo itself was very well maintained, was in the perfect location, and had every amenity you could possibly need. And the hostess was a sweetheart. Gabi made our stay exactly what we needed. Quiet, luxurious, and seamless. I’ll definitely make this a go-to destination in the future! Well done!

Awesome stay in PV!

Beautiful clean accommodations in a great location. The owner and his management team went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The building is so safe and secure and walking distance to the beach and wonderful restaurants. We also really enjoyed the infinity pool and friendly people. Perfect stay!

Perfect condo Perfect location

Close to everything. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Very clean condo, beautiful rooftop pool with water view. Condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Beautiful condo in Emiliano Zapata

This was a very well appointed condo. Beautiful decor and a great building. The rooftop pool was very nice with a view of both the ocean and the mountains. Check in and checkout were very easy. All in all, a great place to stay.

Every Year Better Than The Last!

Another perfect stay at this property! We always enjoy the pick up at the airport and seeing the property manager’s smiling face upon arrival. The property is spotless, perfectly equipped and in the best location possible. Put us down again for next year, Regis!

We have been staying at this property for 9 years and have already booked for next year! So grateful for the ride from the airport to the condo and to see the smiling faces of Gabi and Natali (property management) to greet us year after year. The location is central to absolutely everything and very comfortable. I know saying this is our home away from home may sound a little cliche, but it truly is! I can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. Thank you Regis for always being the best host! Such quick response times and so very kind.

Wonderful confo

We had a wonderful vacation in PV this year. Condo was perfect for us. Bed very comfortable. Loved that the unit had two bathrooms. Host very communicative with great tips for stay. Location could not have been better. Close to everything! Can walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location just off Basilia Badillo, a few blocks from the beach. No hills to climb, cozy little patio at street level. Condo is comfortable and well appointed, although a bit overcrowded with accent pieces (pillows, candles, stuff). Communication with the owner and agent was excellent.

One month in Puerto Vallarta

worked out perfectly. This property is perfectly located in the heart of the romantic zone. It's very clean, has a great rooftop pool area and was fully equipped with everything I needed for my activities. The staff was very friendly and helpful including returning my credit card after I apparently dropped it walking into the building one evening. Great place.

Fantastic vacation.

We booked this property for our anniversary. It was the perfect get away. We were picked up at the airport and greeted by Gabi who checked us in. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The roof top pool was beautiful and easily accessible. The location was fantastic. You could walk most places, but cabs and the bus line were right out the front door. We would stay again. Absolutely perfect place.

Steps away from everything in the Romantico Zona. The rooftop pool is amazing.

Three blocks from the beach. The food outside the condo is excellent and the further you move away from the tourist area the cheaper and more authentic the food is. You have to go up to the pool after dark to see the lights of the city in the fireworks from the cruise ship. The condo itself roomy comfortable and nice. I would definitely book it again

What a great first time in PV

First time in PV and we could not have selected a better property. Location was close to everything and we could walk to everything we wanted included groceries (recommend Casa Ley, 1.9 km walk along the water). The arrangement of the cab from airport and tour from property manager was an excellent perk, as was the Nespresso. All communications were thorough and professional, property extremely clean and well stocked. We used the pool every day, BBQ twice, pleased with both amenities. It’s a 100 out of 100.

A fabulous oasis in the middle of old town action.

A safe comfortable longstay condo with all the amenities necessary for gracious living. The property was immaculate and in excellent condition with a beautiful infinity pool on the Terrace with a 360 degree view. This location is close to the beach, markets, bakery's, theatre, scores of restaurants and early morning walking on the Malecon. The owner, property manager and housekeeper provided excellent service. I would recommend this property to mature adults and couples.

This was our fifth annual stay at this very delightful condo. The amenties are as advertised, and better. The condo is absolutely as comfortable as our own home. The decor in the condo is exquisite. The location is ideal in a well kept and safe area of Zona Romantica. It is abundant with superb restaurants, great shopping, and the real vibe of being in Mexico. V399 is a much sought after complex to stay at, and the condo is situated on the quiet side of the building, offering complete relaxation during our stay. The rooftop pool and sundeck area are meticulously kept and beautiful. Our host, Regis, was very involved to assure our comfort level was maintained. Regis has the most pleasant and gracious property manager(s), who are continuously available for any needs that may arise. I cannot say enough good things about Regis, Gabi, Natali and this very cozy home away from home. That is why we are so looking forward to another return.

Clean, comfortable and Location!

Booking this Vrbo was a breeze with the attentive help of Regis. He made each step of the booking process so simple and easy. I had a few questions along the way and he always responded very quickly. The property itself was stellar. Very clean and comfortable. And the best part it was next to all the restaurants. We had everything we wanted within minutes of walking. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit PV!
