3 bedroom 2 bath located in a quiet neighborhood close to Mackle Park, YMCA and library. Updated bathrooms and kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops. Inviting living room with 55” tv. Master with king size bed, large master bath with separate tub/shower and walk in closet. Queen beds in other two rooms. Newly remodeled heated salt water pool and spa just off the covered patio. Southwestern exposure, great for plenty of sun time during the day. Large green hedge surrounding the back yard, mostly private. Outdoor grill, outdoor lounging and pool floats. House is equipped with central vacuum and two car garage, as well as circular drive for ample parking. Lush tropical landscaping welcomes you to your home away from home.
A few things to note: No parties or gatherings more than 6 people including children 2 and older unless arranged with owners. As of 5/6/21 Quiet time begins at 8:00pm and could result in fines up to $5000 but after 11pm no warnings only fines are issued and all will be passed on to you. The AC is new as of April 21. The AC shuts off when the doors are opened for 2-3 minutes and could take up to 5 minutes to turn back on after the last door is closed. Keep in mind if you open another door during the 5 minutes the clock starts all over again. Also keep in mind that continuous opening and closing of the doors will cause the house to get warm. Lastly, WHEN SENDING AN INQUIRY, PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW MANY IN THE PARTY, INCLUDING KIDS, IF YOU'VE BEEN TO MARCO BEFORE OR HOW YOU CAME ABOUT CHOOSING MARCO ISLAND FOR YOUR VACATION DESTINATION. Another great stay

This property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and lanai are fabulous. The home has everything you could ask for and it’s laid out perfectly for a family. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this home and I love that it’s right around the corner from Mackle Park. The owners are responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Get-away

Lovely home with pool and hot tub. Great location on the island. An easy drive to Publix grocery store, Farmer's Market and Beals. The beaches were beautiful. I recommend having dinner at the Sunset Grill for good food and lovely pictures of the sunset on the beach. Free parking if you get your ticket stamped at the restaurant. Walk or bicycle around Mackle Park nearby.

Home away from home

We loved this property. It was clean, well organized and absolutely beautiful. Especially loved the lanai, pool and hot tub. The house was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We were happy to book this property again next year.

Wonderful Oasis

This was a perfect home for our family vacation in Marco. The house is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The home is very comfortable, well-organized, and clean. The owners are very quick to respond to questions and checked in to ensure everything was going well for us. The pool was beautiful and the spa was perfect on that one cooler day we experienced. We will definitely be back to stay here in the future.

A great stay

Thank you Shell & Dwayne for offering such a lovely comfortable home to others. The pool and lanai were our favorite spot after walks in the quiet charming neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. House has all that’s needed to help guests feel right at home.

Best time ever

An absolutely perfect family vacation and this property is the star. We love staying here ( this is our 2nd time). Come get away from your busy life and hang out by the pool and do nothing all day. You can’t beat it. Marco Island has something for everyone, and this property makes you feel at home. Our family has made lifetime memories here.

Marcomazing is truly Amazing!

My husband and I have rented this property twice and we have already booked for 2023. Michelle and Dwayne communicate quickly with their guests. They encourage feedback and ensure their house is extremely clean. We look forward to future visits to Marco Island and renting their home. It truly feels like our home away from home. Beautifully clean and exactly as advertised

We had an amazing stay at this house. From the moment we inquired, Shell and Dwayne were in constant communication with us, answering every question big or small. This communication continued even through our stay and they seemed more like old friends than rental landlords. The house itself was fantastically clean and well appointed. Everything we needed and more was there for us when we arrived. We had with us Two children (11 and 12) and parents (70's). Everyone enjoyed and appreciated the accommodations immensely. The house is a 2 minute (beautiful) walk from an awesome park with lots of activities going on all the time. It is about a 4 minute drive down to one of the nicest beaches in the country. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and definitely safe. We made good use of the bicycles and beach toys both at the beach and in the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub each night as well. Overall, this was our fourth VRBO rental and our favorite. We want to book again asap for next year but they are booked up so fast! If I see this house available, I will be booking again without a doubt.

Great place!

The house was really clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. Kitchen is super nice and well equipped if you want to cook. Pool and hot tub were great with lots of floats and pool toys. Hosts were great at communicating. There’s a soccer field, a lake to walk around and bocce and shuffle board nearby if you bring your own equipment! Thanks for hosting us!

Winter getaway

Home was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed for cooking/grilling. We loved the outdoor area for days we didn't feel like going to the beach. Communication was easy and all questions were answered promptly.

Very relaxing

Marcomazing

The title "Marcomazing" describes this property perfectly. It is well situated on the island to enjoy everything Marco has to offer - from a park close by to enjoy a comfortable walk or jog around a lake, to the beaches easily accessible via a short bike ride. The property itself was very well maintained. Upon check-in everything was clean and in order. All the amenities were exactly as described, and in excellent working order. We felt like we were at home from the time we stepped in. Duane and Shell provided an excellent property guide with instructions and explanations for all of the offerings. The house was equipped with first class beach equipment (Chairs, Umbrella and beach cart) to make beach time very enjoyable. The pool and spa were truly amazing, and every bit as advertised. We will definitely book this property again the next time our travels take us to Marco Island. The Karaman Family

A wonderful stay

Dwayne and Shell are amazing hosts. We stayed at the property for a week. We have rented homes in Marco island over the past three years and this property was spotless. The photos were accurate. My elderly parents, my wife and two young children really enjoyed the home which is on a quiet street and amazingly convenient to Mackle Park. Our kids had so much fun playing at the park and my wife and I enjoyed going for runs around the lake. All in all we had a wonderful stay. The house is very well appointed including great kitchen appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. We spent a good part of our time in the pool with the kids. I highly recommend the home.

Short Notice Success

We were put in a position by another vacation rental company that we no longer had a home to rent with 5 days before our trip. Shell & Dwayne’s property was clearly listed and very well organized on VRBO thankfully and made our last minute selection a breeze. Everything was exactly as promoted at the property. Amazing property

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! Everything was organized! The pool and hot tub were amazing, my kids had a blast! Shell and Duane were amazing very helpful with things to do on the island and very responsive with all my questions. Couldn’t have been more happy

This was our first family vacation longer than a weekend, and it did not disappoint. You feel right at home. Very comfortable, and everything is easy to use. Doubt we use a hotel again. This property is beyond expectations. 5 stars

We both grew up in the cold weather states and currently reside in the south over 20+ years. Now that we are both southerners, our thin blood has kept us from moving back north so we looked for a place we would love to retire to. During all of our travels we have never found a place like Marco Island.

We purchased our home on the island because we have always loved coming here over the years. We finally have our little piece of paradise. We are still working and are happy to share our lovely home with you and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The moment we walked in the door to our house we knew it was the one. It was everything we wanted. The colors, pool, spa and open floor plan made it the perfect place.
