Last Summer VACA

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, good property, however it seemed very noisy; three days of yard workers, circular saw loud nearby. Lots of admonitions from management company, yet only 4 rolls of TP when we arrived.

Quiet and great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, quiet and in a great location. It was an easy walk to the beach. The house had a wagon and all the beach paraphernalia- chairs, noodles, beach towels etc. That was a huge plus so I didn’t have to bring that stuff from home. The kitchen had everything I needed to make dinners. The pool area was our favorite spot to hang out with the family or have morning coffee. My family and I had a wonderful week!

Great Location

Great location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The empty lot behind the house provided for expansive and big sky views. Plenty of room, good size living room tv, high ceilings, great covered pool area, amply beach supplies in the garage. Would rent again!

Great house for big group!

Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay! So glad we were able to bring our pets along for our vacation. House was very spacious and included some beach essentials, which was great! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the outdoor patio set up. Loved that the house was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! A few suggestions would be to include an extra propane tank for the grill (we ran out half way through grilling and had to go exchange the tank). Some additional cleaning supplies for the house would be great for cleaning mid stay. Lastly, the option to put up a pool fence when needed would be nice. Overall we all enjoyed our stay! And would recommend!

Relaxing stay with everything you need to cook

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great, clean home, and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Bunch spices and other basics, which is super handy because who wants to buy a whole container of garlic salt every vacation? The spa and pool were super clean and easy to use. The garage is full of beach stuff you might need, (cart, bikes, umbrellas, chairs, tubes...I mean everything! - most boogie boards were broke, though). More than enough linens and beach towels. Honestly, I will for sure book this place again, we were 7 people staying, two kids and 5 adults and we had ample room. If I HAD to say something neutral was that the guest shower had very little water pressure. But I mean, splitting hairs here... great place., highly recommend. Ohh and the neighborhood has burrowing owls!?!? freaking cute!!! And a 4min walk to the beach. Perfection,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was in a great neighborhood with easy walking distance to beach. The rental provided us with everything we would need to go to the beach, bike ride, etc. The house was very clean and in great condition with proximity to everything we needed. The rental company was amazing to work with. They sent helpful text reminders at appropriate times and did not require us to get the house to an inachievable condition on the short day of departure as are the expectations of other rental properties.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had Wonderful time at this rental home. It was clean and spacious. The only thing was that the trash cans were overflowing with trash and liquor bottles were left behind a bush outside. We called and someone came and took care of those problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay here and would like to return again sometime.
