The most beautiful view of diamond head and the ocean. The layout was perfect for our family of 4. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach. Will definitely come back again.

Everything was wonderful! The check in was very smooth and all information needed were provided before our landing in HI. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of Diamond Head and the ocean. We had a very comfortable stay, for a family of 3. Comfortable beds and a well equipped apartment, with everything you might need for your stay and much more. The provided parking spot was a wonderful and useful addition. Most people say they’ll be back, but we for sure planning our next stay at this amazing property already!

This room was exactly as listed! We absolutely loved it. It was very clean and lots of amenities. The views of Diamond Head and the beach/ocean were amazing to wake up to everyday. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. It's just that good!!

Perfect stay on Hawaii

The property was just as advertised, with a well equipped kitchen for anything you need. The view was perfect, the condo was quiet, the beds were comfortable…we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay!

One does not get tired of the amazing view... from the living room, kitchen, and the bedroom. This unit is furnished with a lot of necessities to start off, along with a welcome note and a few snacks. The management company was quick to respond to inquiries. Amenities include cookware, bathroom supplies, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Lots of hangers and drawer space in the bedroom. Beds are comfortable. Of course, location is a short walk to the beach, Honolulu Zoo, Kapi'olani Park, shops, restaurants, and such. It was hard to leave. Enjoy!

Nice Stay

This unit has a beautiful view and is fully equipped for everything you need. The kitchen was especially well equipped for cooking. We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again.

Great place to stay at a location close to Waikiki beach

My wife and I stayed at this property for six days, and we enjoyed ourselves. The place was as listed, no surprises, super convenient (beach/restaurants), clean, and well-stocked. The view of Diamond Head from the property was just the best! Would love to stay here in the future when we're in Honolulu. Mahalo!

Lovely place with amazing view and easy access to the beach

Comfy beds and ample seating. Appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave especially) provided for an easy eat in experience. Views are amazing. Easy parking. Overall, really good experience.

Nice stay

The property was presented as it was listed through VRBO. The communication went smoothly from beginning to end. The location was great and within a short walking distance to the beach and dining. The views were stunning from the 35th floor. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo

We stayed at the Banyan 4 nights. The condo was spacious enough for a family of four. The view of Diamond Head is very pretty. The location is great. We walked to the beach and restaurants. The condo is very clean and having the kitchen was fantastic. We cooked several meals and had all the supplies we needed.

Everything was exactly as listed. The parking was great, the location was great for us and a short distance to market and beach. Pleanty of nightlife and restaurants in the area. The view of Diamond Head was fantastic all times of the day.

Great property 10/10. Check-in/out 6/10. Cleanness 10/10. They had lovely snacks, samples like toothpaste, toothbrush. They had beach chairs, umbrella, and the view was great. Only thing is their check-in/out process. Instead of getting the info sent to you around check-in time, you have to text or call to get the info sent to you. Once in you have to then go back to your vehicle to put the parking pass on your mirror which is an issue due to how long it takes for the elevators at certain times took us 15 minutes(both times) to get one around 7/8 pm. This pass is a problem because you have 2 options when leaving you can either leave before loading and move to the front to load your things so you can return the pass or you load up and leave someone with your car and return the pass. It's inconvenient. Check out is not a second after 11am and you better hope your watch isn't off or forget something because the door will lock it self. We had a late flight and was planning on leaving right at check out. Literally, as we were closing the door, it locked it's self. But it wasnt fully closed the deadbolt stopped the door from closing. I messaged on vrbo then called the number list here which was for the building. So, then I found the text message and used that number to call and it took a couple of times before getting through. They ended up just saying it will be alright housekeeping would be there soon. The check-in/out is the only thing about the property I disliked.

Highly Recommend

That view! WOW!! The condo had everything you needed. Loved the updates and the thoughtfulness of the small touches it provided. The location was walking distance of all of Waikiki. No parking or hotel fees. You can’t beat that! Would absolutely stay again.
