Perfect location to watch the sunrise go up behind the mountains and the sky change color from a sunset on the other over the water. Views were beautiful! Easy to walk to everything, Place at everything you could ask for and the hosts were amazing.

The location and layout of unit, with its lovely lanai/balcony, was great.It is a very short walk to Waikiki Beach.The kitchen is well stocked and we used it extensively. The building and unit are a bit dated and could do with a remodel.The WiFi didn’t work and we had issues with the cable tv (which turned out to be a blessing as we unplugged for the week)Overall, I would recommend this place

A Great Choice in Waikiki

An overall great experience. Management was very responsive to are requests. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and takeout close by.

Celebrated our 40th anniversary!

This was as beautiful as the pictures show. The views are fabulous from every window. The condo was very clean and the check in was simple. The location allowed us to walk everywhere. We wre definitely staying here again!

Beautiful

Condo was as described. Beautiful view of Diamond Head, sunrise and ocean view. Short walk to beach and many restaurants. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

Very nice place, plenty of room, great views. The only negative comment is that the AC is noisy.

Amazing views!

This place is wonderful! High enough off the street to sleep well and in the heart of everything. Clean and well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom and sweet lanai. 2 blocks to the beach and just a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants. Food trucks right around the corner.

The condo location was exactly as expected. The place was clean on the inside however the patio (with the great view) was not very usable since it was covered with pigeon poop. The management person came a looked at the mess, took pictures where the pigeon was nesting but did nothing to clean the area. Had no internet or TV for 2 days. The management company claimed they spoke with the internet provider and the service would be up and running within 1-3 hours. Another day came and went with no service so I personally called the provider being on-hold for 3 hours from 7 PM - 10:15 PM. After talking to customer service they claimed it was not a technical issue. They actually turned off the service due to an issue with the customers account. Since I was not approved on the account they could not share the details. After explaining our situation being renters for 10 days the rep agreed to turn on the service. There's only AC in the bedroom but it has a ceiling fan that helps but it was not working. Management company was sending their handy-man after which they claim he arrived while we out (he didn't show-up) and claimed it needed a part that would take 5-7 days to arrive to the island. (total BS) A person from the management arrived to inspect the bedroom TV (which was also not working/never did work) during which time she noticed the fan wall switch was in the wrong position. Turned on the switch and fan worked perfectly so the part they claim was needed didn't exist.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay and would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the lanai, pigeon activity is unfortunately common in Hawaii, and bird droppings can occur even after an area has been cleaned. We did inspect the area and the droppings were cleaned. Regarding the internet, the service was restored within approximately three hours. The interruption was due to a technical issue with the service rather than an account or payment issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. As for the ceiling fan, our handyman did not visit the unit because, after reviewing the photos, he was able to determine that the required replacement part was not readily available and that an on-site visit was not necessary at that time. We apologize for any confusion regarding this. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and maintenance procedures for our guests.
