We had a wonderful week here! Marco is a fantastic host and the property is beautiful. We spent most days hanging out by the pool and cooked our meals in the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the common areas were just what we needed. Both the house and the garden are very well looked after.

Marcos house was magnificant and the surroundings magical. The weather allowed us to swim in the pool everyday.Facilities could not be better.Chef Daniela and her family cooked for us a Tuscany dinner. At lunch time she held a pasta making session for the whole family. Buti village is typical Italian village with children playing football at the piazza in the evening. Our grandchildren enjoyed it. A small shop offering olive oil tasting without booking. We wished our vacation did not end.

A stunningly beautiful property with amazing views. This was our 2nd visit in the last 8 years and the owner has made a few improvements such as adding A/C but without compromising the Tuscan charm. We love this villa!! A particular highlight was a local chef Daniela coming to prepare a delicious 4 course meal for us - including the best tiramisu we’ve ever had! Thank you so much Marco for a wonderful stay

Perfect location for relaxing vacation

Beautiful house in breathtaking location. Very low key within an hour of most Tuscany sightseeing locations. Quaint village with lovely restaurants. Look forward to returning again some day.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at Marco's villa for 1 week. The villa was exquisite, exactly as described. The location of the villa makes it easy to visit Cinque Terre, Pisa and San Gimignano. The view from the villa is beautiful. Everyone in Buti was very friendly and many people understood English, which was surprising.

Lovely holiday

We very much enjoyed our stay. Marco was extremely welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. It is a lovely house and very well equipped.

Great house to spend the Vacation

Superb villa

Marco Viti’s villa in Buti is superb, the setting is beautiful with views down into the valley, it is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous wood-fired outdoor oven. The pool and outdoor sitting and dining areas are terrific. A beautiful place.

Beautiful villa

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at! So comfortable, well equipped, amazing views, great pool! I don't have anything negative to say. The hosts were lovely, communication very good and prompt, it was a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful place.

the owner of the house is really lovely, it was a kind welcome. house was in a perfect shape, clean and everything which could be needed is available. The view is awesome, we would definitely come back

Fabulous stay in Tuscany

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Tuscany. The villa is amazing especially the views and the pool. Marco was a fabulous host throughout and his recommendations for eating in (with chef Daniella) and out were all outstanding. We drove to Lucca and Viareggio and took the train to cinque terrre. The location is great to explore the area. Thank you Marco!

Family Vacation

Fantastic property with all the required facilities. The pool is amazing and the views are breath taking. Essentials are sorted for your arrival, so there’s no massive rush to get to the supermarket. Buti is a beautiful town with a great choice of restaurants…although our best meal of the week was with private chef Daniela, cooking traditional Tuscan meals, superb!!

This was our second stay at Marco's beautiful villa, and hopefully not our last! It really is the most comfortable, peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The views from the villa are incredible, and the pool is perfect. Buti is such a friendly and easy place with several very good restaurants. It is a great location from which to explore Tuscany, within easy driving distance of Pisa, Lucca, Livorno, Siena, and easy to get right into the centre of Florence by train. Marco is a fantastic host, and we loved the olive oil he left us for the 2 weeks we were there. The villa is very well equipped and has everything we needed for our stay. It's one of the loveliest places we've ever stayed in and we miss it already! Thank you Marco!

Oasis de Poiana

This was our second visit which is the best recommendation that we can give. Once again, a fabulous villa with superb facilities and amazing views down the valley.
