Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location and found it easy to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It's also great to know that everyone was comfortable, including those using the pull-out sofa. We appreciate your feedback regarding the parking garage and are glad to hear you had no trouble finding a parking space during your stay. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness and are glad to know that our team was able to provide helpful support during your stay. We would also like to kindly clarify that the listing features actual photos of the unit to help guests have a clear idea of the space and accommodations before booking. We’re sorry to hear that the property did not fully meet your expectations in this regard. We also wish we had the opportunity to learn about your concerns while you were still staying with us, as we would have been happy to do our best to assist you during your visit. Regarding the hallway odors, we’re sorry this affected your experience. Since we manage the individual vacation rental unit and not the building itself, common-area conditions such as odors from neighboring units are unfortunately beyond our direct control. We truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re glad you found our team responsive and appreciated the convenience of having complimentary parking.
