From the start, the communication was on time and helpful. The price was reasonable and the property was very nice. Plenty of space with two rooms and the balcony is a nice spot to people watch.

Great place. Clean, well appointed and centrally located to everything in Baytowne Wharf. So easy to walk out of the condo and go to restaurants, hit the little grocery store or shop. My favorite surprise was that it sits directly above the large parking garage. I parked, got on the elevator and walked into the condo. Also has a great balcony for relaxing and seeing all the hubbub below in the main Events Plaza. Very nice. Very easy. Excellent communication.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are so thrilled to hear that the condo was clean, well appointed and perfectly located right in the heart of Baytowne Wharf. Having restaurants, shopping and the grocery store all just a short walk away is such a fantastic perk and we love that you got to take full advantage of it all. We also love that the parking situation was such a pleasant surprise! Being able to park in the garage, hop on the elevator and walk right into the condo truly does not get more convenient than that. And watching all the action in the Events Plaza from the balcony sounds like such a fun and relaxing way to spend an evening. We are also so glad that communication was excellent throughout your stay as that is always a top priority for us. We would absolutely love to welcome you back again soon!

This property was exactly what we wanted. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly. Definitely would stay again.

Definitely will be returning to Observation Pt. N 464

We really enjoyed our vacation and our stay at Observation Pt. N 464. It was a simple process through Beyond Blue Vacations. Everything was so easy, from the moment we arrived, to having one small fix that was taken care of immediately, to the App we used for parking information, general information, checkout information, contacts. They made it so easy, it was amazing! Absolutely enjoyed our trip!

Great time and location, balcony overlooks town! Easy check in at 5pm your code will open door. Could be noisy for younger children if trying to sleep in second bedroom and I would suggest the owner invest in some new bed pillows. But overall was a wonderful stay for my family.
