Great location - beach access

Good location - proximity to beach. Bathroom a little small for four people but for less than a week stay it worked fine.

We loved being there!

Beautiful place and we love it is so close to the beach! Clean, all works great, comfortable bed and location is perfect! There was a specific smell when checking in but it was not a big problem. Thank you for having us!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in Inlet Beach! The location of this condo was wonderful. Price was reasonable for the week. The condo could use some updates but was overall clean and enjoyable. We had a little trouble checking in since we added an extra day but Paradise Property took care of us and even checked in with us the next day to ensure everything was okay. Would recommend to others.

Excellent, would highly recommend

Cute condo with easy walk to the beach. Fabulous location. All appliances worked great. Door codes were especially easy instead of dealing with keys. Secured with gate for car entry and gate for beach access. So easy and felt safe! Only minus was slow internet but we didn't use it much anyway- we were ENJOYING OUR BEACH VACATION!!!

The condo was cleaned appropriately. However the shower needs some major work. The shower head is probably 40 yrs old! It sprays all over the place and there is hardly enough pressure to rinse the shampoo of out of your hair. The kitchen is equipped but it lacked a frying pan large enough to cook a pound of ground beef. The one they had couldn’t even cook 4 eggs in it. Otherwise great location, easy check in and out process and loved that it is hated and felt safe.

Ideal location!!!

Great access to the beaches, easy bike to Rosemary, shops, dining, etc. Main room & bedroom spacious and very comfortable! Bathroom is pretty small and could really use a renovation for a cleaner feel. Overall pretty clean except bathroom & floors could use a deep clean/scrubbing. Popcorn ceiling starting to fall in multiple places. Overall, we would return!

Beautiful water, cool breeze!

Beach did not disappoint! Had trouble with TV. Pool was not available until the last day. Gate would not open to let us out on last day. Trip home was delayed 1 hour, however we enjoyed our time there.

Amazing Location and Great Complex, Apt Dated

We have stayed at another apt at Inlet Dunes previously and absolutely love this complex and location. While we still had a wonderful stay this past time, I will say that this apt was noticeably more dated and worn than the one that we stayed in over Thanksgiving. The furniture is tained and the popcorn cieling in the bathroom is falling apart. Considering that the other apt we stayed in is roughly the same price/night, I cant really excuse this for the price (although both were very very cheap for the area). We still comfortably had our family of 4 here but would only rent this apt if it were last minute and no others were available. Some simple updating would make it much much better.

Disappointed

Location is the only thing this condo has going for it. The room was dated and needs a good deep cleaning. The balcony had a small bistro table with only one wobbly chair. The pool are was unkept and had green water all week. We love Inlet Dunes for its location but disappointed in this condo and the unkept pool area. Not to mention, the gate didn't work properly at entrance and stayed open most of week. For what you have to pay to stay here, it should feel like more than a 2 star hotel.

Great location - needs updates

Great location - convenient to beach and pool. Pool was never crowded which was nice! Unit was decent, but the kitchen cookware and utensils are terrible so if you plan on cooking anything plan to bring everything you need to do so. The living room furniture is very uncomfortable as well to sit on. We found it more comfortable to pull out the sofa bed and use it rather than sitting on the couch itself. Condo could definitely use some improvements. The hot water runs out very fast and the ceiling is peeling off in the main living space.
