Denne enhed er udstyret med splinterny indretning og fuldt renoveret med fliser overalt, Ny moderne pejs, nye møbler og har to åbne gårdhave og adgang fra stuen og begge soveværelser. Alle værelser har HD LED-tv. Master soveværelse har en king size seng og en sovesofa i fuld størrelse. Stort privat mesterbad og store garderobeskabe. Det 2. gæst soveværelse har 2 queensize-senge med "indbyggede køjesenge" og et stort garderobeskab. Stuen fliser overalt med ekstra sofaer, der konverteres til en seng og nyt tv på 65 Inc. Fuldt udstyret køkken og vaskerum. Ekstra strøelse, badehåndklæder, strandstole og 2 sikrede parkeringspladser under jorden (1 tildelt og 1 efter tilgængelighed). Gratis internet.

Bygningsfaciliteter har opvarmet pool ved havet, ejers opholdsstue med billard, gratis wifi gennem bygningen, sauna og privat adgang til stranden.

10/10 recommend this place! The pictures do not do this place justice, it was absolutely beautiful & very spacious!! We came to Florida for a basketball tournament and it easily fit 4 adults and 4 teenagers. They even provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella! It was very clean when we got there, Dennis was so sweet and showed us around the building, the kitchen had everything you could need as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Daytona Beach, this is your place to relax & enjoy!

Amazing !!

We are from Canada. We drove 26 hours to get there and we would do it again because our stay was incredible. The location near the beach and the view from our balcony was great.

Wow what a stay

I’ve stayed at some pretty nice condos, but this one takes it over the hill. The balcony views were amazing and refreshing. The rooms were plenty spacious and inviting. Mattresses were comf and cozy and the decor was spot on and the amenities of the building were 2nd to none. I can’t wait to go back!

Ocean Vistas

This unit exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival the property manager met us and provided a tour of the unit and the property. Our unit was very clean and we felt safe during our stay. This is definitely one that we would like to return to for future trips!

We absolutely loved the condo! The owners are great! Very quick with response.

We enjoyed the property. Only down fall. There are quite a few busy bodies that live there. I find it hard to understand why they spend their days on paradise watching my family at the pool. Telling management when we would drink a bottle of water or soda close to the pool. I get there are rules. But seriously?

Condo was very nice, spacious with gorgeous views. Bedrooms were tastefully decorated and bathrooms and kitchen was clean. I gave it three stars because the photos did not accurately portray the condo. The photos showed two nice newer leather couches. That is not what you get. The couch in the condo was old, uncomfortable, dingy and even had a large sunken area from heavy use. The carpet under the sofa had multiple stains. There were areas where the tile was unfinished under the kitchen island and laundry cabinets, and some of the bath linens were stained and needed to be replaced. Not what we expected from a "luxury" rental. Also, we were unable to use the balconies due to scheduled pressure washing and painting. The sliding door lock from the family room and from the dining were broken, being on the 8th floor this would normally not be a concern except we had multiple workers painting on those balconies and we were unable to lock our condo when we left. Other wise ocean vistas is a very nice place to stay we have stayed here before (in a different condo) and enjoyed our time. We did notify the rental management about our concerns (if it was my rental I would want to know so i could rectify these concerns for future tenants) the rental management said he would notify the owners and he didn't have this complaint before, it had been like that for years and apologized for the inconvenience, we did not hear from the owners.

Beautiful Condo. Few inconveniences.

The property itself is beautiful!! Very quiet! East beach access! A closet stocked with beach chairs and a towels and a wagon! Also a cooker for use! We were disappointed to find out that they were painting the balconies when we got there so that did limit our use, which was one of the big reasons we booked this place. I do understand that maintenance is out of people's control. However, it should have been communicated before we got there that there would be times we would not be able to use the balcony and that they would be bringing the balcony furniture into the living room. I am sure the facility notified the owner/manager ahead of time. Also, only one balcony had furniture unlike the photos. One of the refrigerator drawers does not go to that refrigerator so every time a kid goes to get something out, you have to go fix the drawer. There was a gentleman who met us to let us in and then another gentleman on the app. Not sure who was managaer vs owner. The person managing communications did take 10 days to respond to questions when trying to plan our trip/packing so that was a little inconvenient also. The app says you will get checkin information 3 days before and we did not, you only meet someone at the door as these are private condos. They did tell us someone would meet us, we just did not understand all the details and expected more information after reading we would get so eone 3 days in advance. Dennis who met us was very kind and helpful! Overall great experience

Great Condo - BAD CONDO MANAGEMENT

We are starting with the good and ending with the bad so read on. The owner of the condo did a great job at providing amenities. We had plenty of kitchen items, towels, toilet paper, and soaps. They even had beach equipment (umbrella and boogie boards). The bed was comfy and the view was amazing! We were located in a safe, family friendly area. The beach was clean and roomy. The condo is beautiful with plenty of room for 9 or 10 to sleep. We also liked the welcome items. ON TO THE BAD: the patio furniture had broken legs that made it unbalanced and unsafe. The outlet for the grill was blown and the water/ice dispenser on the fridge was froze up. The WORST PART is that the condo was originally advertised as SLEEPS 9. I added 9 names and ages to the contract so they knew who was coming. The security and management employees were the WORST! They complained to us that we had too many people in our condo and only 6 were allowed. We were harassed by security and management for having too many people on SEVERAL occasions. It was advertised for 9, I put 9 on my contract, yet we were treated as if we were 2nd class citizens who were trying to get away with something. The condo's contact person apologized and they changed the condo ad to show only 8 could stay; however, our family was not happy with how we were treated. There were only 2 key fabs which was hard with 7 adults going different ways as it seemed someone was always locked out. Why do you need a key to get OUT to the beach? The dumbest thing I ever saw. Lastly, why does the pool and hot tub close at 9 p.m.? WAY TOO EARLY for a vacation!! The security guard would hover and watch over us like we were criminals. We will NEVER stay at Ocean Vistas again because of the employees. Sad for the owners of this condo as the place we stayed was beautiful.

Over All This Is A Okay Unit.

It was our first stay in Daytona Beach. The apartment/condo appeared to be clean but when we walked on the floor our feet was black on the bottom. There were dust balls everywhere, under the beds near the air filter. If you have small children I recommend you not rent this unit. This is not a family friendly unit. You CANNOT make any noise between the hours of 10PM - 8AM. During the check out process the elevators are hard to access. There is only one elevator per side.

Relaxing luxury beach front

Our party of 9 had plenty of room. The two balconies was great additional space to gather with nice breezes in the evening. Oceans Vistas was never crowded with folks congregating everywhere, it was pretty quiet and everyone we ran into were really friendly. The boardwalk is about a 35m walk north we did a few times along the beach. This section of beach allows cars ($20) until 6PM. Overall a nice stay in a safe building. If you decide to book as of June 2021: There is a full size washer and dryer inside your unit, a Keurig, coffee maker, blender and an Oyster countertop oven that can air fry wings and bacon along with a microwave and the standard appliances. Both bathrooms come with dispensers topped off with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, enough to last a week. Winn Dixie grocery store is just a few minutes away. The fridge water filter hasn't been changed since 2018, we bought bottled water for the week. The built-in electric grill on the balcony is out of commission with no plans to replace per Gianny (cost was 3,500 and it's too windy in that area to grille food). Amenities open from dawn to 10PM, the pool is less than 4'. Your 1 reserved parking space is in the 6'7" garage off the main road. There's a 7'1" garage (lobby level) south of the building but appears smaller and has limited guests spaces. There are beach chairs, toys, body boards and an umbrella to use on the beach. The garbage chute is about 10 steps outside your unit. Ice machine is located in the garage.

Met and Exceeded our Expectations!

This condo is very nicely furnished and extremely clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including beach chairs and towels. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the view of the beach. The owner was very easy to work with and was readily available whenever we had any questions. We definitely will be coming back!

Owner very available and responsive. One of the nicer properties in the area. Could use more attention to detail on cleaning. Come equipped with toilet paper and paper towels day one, one roll per toilet goes fast.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay. Condo is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Well stocked kitchen with air fryer, coffee makers, blender & pots & pans. Beautiful decks to sit on and watch the sun rise & set.

Beautiful, but needs some technical tweaks

The unit is beautiful. I’m a clean/neat freak and the unit could’ve been a little more polished, but overall ok. We did have trouble with the tv in the living room and couldn’t find batteries that would work, so we only watched Netflix. The nest thermostat seemed to be auto set to 72 degrees at night because we had to get up multiple times throughout the night to turn the temp back down. Overall the place was great. The balconies had a lot of seating. We love this building and is definitely the place we stay when we come to Daytona!

Enjoyable

Our family of 5 and friends’s family of 3 had a wonderful time staying at Ocean Vistas, unit 810. Monica was delightful to work with and very informative. The room had plenty of room for our families and plenty of beach toys/chairs to take down to the ocean each day. We look forward to staying here again!

Luxury on the beach

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Ocean Vistas, and it never disappoints. Secure property with security staff and surveillance 24/7. This particular unit was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our 2 families vacationing together, a total of 9 ranging from 35-3. Monica and her husband Johnny were extremely professional, and accommodating especially during Covid. Both families will be looking to book with them again.
