Du vil elske dette charmerende condo lige ved Mexicogolfen! Mistral 10 er professionelt dekoreret med imponerende finish og er et sted at sidde på balkonen og nyde varme kløfter og solnedgange. Denne fantastiske 2. sal enhed er 1 soveværelse og 1 badeværelse med et fuldt udstyret køkken med rustfrit stål apparater, high-end skabe, inventar og bordplader af granit. I stuen er smagfuldt indrettede og komfortable værelser med læderpladser, 47-tommer fladskærms-tv og gratis WIFI.

Soveværelset har en kingsize-seng med smukt sengetøj og en overdådig madras til en god nats søvn. For at afslutte forkælelsesoplevelsen har soveværelset et vægmonteret 32-tommer fladskærms-tv til sene nætter og doven morgen. De indbyggede køjesenge tilbyder deres eget område samt en dronning sovesofa til ekstra gæster. Det luksuriøse badeværelse tilbyder en smukt flisebelagt bruseniche. For en ekstra bekvemmelighed er en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse i enheden.

Dette komplet renoverede condo tilbyder gratis strandstolservice 1. marts dog 31. oktober. To stole og en paraply vil blive oprettet på stranden for dig, hvis vejret tillader det.

Mistral Condominiums er beliggende mellem Rosemary Beach og Seagrove Beach, hvilket giver hurtig adgang til forskellige shopping- og spisesteder spredt langs kysten. Den 19 m lange asfalterede cykelsti, der er parallel med hele længden af den naturskønne motorvej 30A, er bekvemt placeret foran dette kompleks.

Great condo. It needs a new couch. It has no pillow and you are sitting on metal. In addition, the bed mattress needs an upgrade.

This property was terrible. The furniture was old and ragged. The AC was disugusting and dirty, blowing wet dust out of the vents. It was verry muggy as the AC wasnt properly dehumidifying the space. The back door was very heavy and basically impossible to move. The porch was leaning horribly and felt completely unsafe. The WIFI was also terrible, very little reception and very slow. We left a day early because this property was awful and not worth the price. Highly do NOT recommend.

Good view, property needs some upkeep

Property needs some maintenance. Management company was responsive to needs that could be addressed immediately. Sliding door is rusted and very difficult to slide..broken handle as well that was not fixed during our stay. Several electrical issues in unit as well- AC quit working one night. Kitchen is sparsely stocked and no extras such as salt/pepper/coffee filters etc in unit.

Quick Family Trip

This was an easy setup for a quick getaway with our twin 10yr old daughters. Beach access was perfect.

Relaxing stay on the beach

The condo was well maintained and had all amenities. The beach view was beautiful and the beach was easily accessible. The management company stayed in touch to make sure we did not have any problems. I would recommend this property.

Management company responded within 30 minutes for lockout due to defective lock. Unit is comfortable just needs some attention. Great location - okay condo

We loved the location and the complex overall. There are a few things would have been helpful to know before we arrived. Hope this helps someone else. Pros - - laundry in the condo was great! 2 pods provided for use. - lots of pillows and linens/bath towels - easy check in and check out with the key pad - good communication with management - beach chairs and umbrella set up everyday was fantastic. - fridge has a freezer ice maker (didn’t know this and was great to find!) - kitchen has both a keurig and regular coffee machine. Also good to know! - vacuum included which was great for cleaning up sand. - toiletry bathroom kit and kitchen kit were so convenient Cons - - deck slopes and feels unsafe - top bunk bed doesn’t have a railing to keep someone from falling out (the bar there is in line with the mattress) so our kids couldn’t use the top bunk. They slept on the pullout couch instead. But something should be added here for safety. - no beach towels included so need to bring own or buy down there. - no salt/pepper on hand. - only one roll of toilet paper supplied. Had to buy more. - garbage only have one bag available so had to use grocery bags for trash. - no beach toys or anything like that available.

It was a beautiful home with a great location located directly on the beach which we loved! We thought this condo was a great location with access to do many great things! We do wish that the patio wasn’t so sloped and the furniture was more comfortable on the patio and in the condo. We also thought it was frustrating only having one roll of toiletpaper given the entire stay and no beach towels for the condo. Overall it was very enjoyable and would probably stay again!

Use caution

I would not rent here as I feel they have poor business practices. Sadly, I got Covid 2 days before my trip and was told “too bad too sad” and lost my trip and all my money. I was looking to reschedule for the off season or some voucher. Nope! Nothing!!! Just “get the insurance next time!!”

Small fridge that was supplied froze what food it would hold and wasted most of our groceries. That isn’t acceptable, should have replaced the fridge in the condo. Probably cheaper than having it fixed to begin with!

Mistral 10

Have stayed here twice. Condo is great and can’t beat location and view. One thing…items in condo are sparse…no salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. Also only 1 wine glass, which is fine if only one person drinks wine lol. These are just a few small things that don’t really affect the stay, just would be nice if they were provided. Btw, beach chairs are included.

We didn't get a sparkling clean, luxury-level stay (which is what the price would indicate). The fridge in the unit wasn't working and no one told us, so we brought five days' worth of groceries that didn't fit in the mini fridge that had been left for us. We didn't have enough ice for our cooler or for cold drinks the entire stay. Management wasted the first two days not getting back to us on a repair or an additional fridge, which never happened anyway. We had to go out every day of our vacation to buy food and ice. The unit had bugs in the kitchen and bathroom, rusty rickety trim on the deck outside, an ancient and uncomfortable mattress, and everything was in crummy condition. We did receive a small refund, which wasn't nearly enough to make up for our disappointment.

the good, the bad and the ugly...

two preliminaries... my wife and I have stayed in Destin before but have never stayed in 30A... I don't usually write detailed reviews like this but felt I needed to here... the good - the property's location can't be beat...oceanfront, private beach, great ocean view from back deck (although to be honest this would likely be true for many properties along 30A) the bad - promised WiFi sporadic at best, mostly non-existent...constant rebooting of modem (often failed)...dropped calls/missed calls and texts...TV often didn't work ...non-WiFi internet non-existent (possibly due to ocean?) so WiFi extremely important...other renters encountered same issue...responses to other reviews blame provider...doubtful, most likely cable or wiring needs replacement the ugly - property management...took two days to respond to WiFi complaint...said they would "come and look"...someone "came and looked" at modem, did nothing and left...no further response...back deck sliding door impossible for my wife to open and hard for me...was asked if I removed safety bar (seriously?)...no further response...never reported other minor issues...what was the point? would recommend for location...unit was nice...I suspect there are other properties in the area that would offer the same thing for the money (or less)

Incredible views!!!

Full ocean views from the kitchen, living room and porch. Quiet complex in a good location. 2nd time staying in Mistral—will be back!

Only reason to stay here is the view.

Absolutely incredible view of the gulf !!! But unit is small and dated. My wife slept in the hall bunk bed after the first night because the master bed was so uncomfortable. Bedroom closet was full of stuff so could only hang a few things. No place in bedroom for your clothes. Sliding glass door is quite difficult to open/close. We were celebrating our anniversary but there was only one wine glass. But the view of the gulf was fabulous!!!
