As soon as your report was received, our team immediately opened a pest control service request and documented the issue for review. Following that visit, compensation was also issued in recognition of the disruption, and we offered an additional discount toward a future stay as a goodwill gesture. Pest control follow-ups were completed to address the concern promptly.
