We understand how frustrating the internet issues were and want to assure you we acted promptly by involving the internet provider to resolve the problem, although their schedule was beyond our control. We also arranged for a hot spot to be delivered to assist you. Our manager did attempt to reach you as requested, but unfortunately was unable to connect. We take all concerns seriously and want to be transparent and helpful. We were sorry to hear about the charge dispute and want to emphasize our commitment to resolving any issues fairly.
