Beliggende i det rolige familievenlige samfund på Seacrest Beach nær den berømte Rosemary Beach, Florida og kun 6 miles fra Seaside. Blue 9 er et lille kompleks med kun ni byhuse, der ligger direkte ved Mexicogolfen.

Dette er en Gulf Front 3 soveværelser, 3 bad rækkehus. På 2. sal er Gulf Front master king soveværelse med privat balkon for at nyde den panoramiske udsigt over den smukke Mexicanske Golf med et 42 '' smart TV og kabel og derudover en 2. sal gæst konge soveværelse med privat bad.

1. sal soveværelse med to dobbeltværelser over fulde futon køjer, dette værelse har et 40 '' smart TV til leje film via Netflix (uden kabel). Du kan gå direkte fra bagdøren til dette rækkehus til stranden. Dette rækkehus har en overdækket gårdhave til din fornøjelse med en ekstra træterrasse, der løber længden af ejendommen.

Dette beboelsesstrandområde tilbyder familier en speciel ferieferie, men alligevel er det tæt på gode shoppingmuligheder og restauranter. Cykelstien løber lige foran ejendommen. Blue Nine er et røgfrit kompleks uden rygning i eller omkring bygningen, gårdhave, bænke og trapper til stranden.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is amazing - can't beat that. The unit is not updated, especially outdated bathrooms. The family room furniture is old/dirty. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. The unit had musty/moldy odor.

Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed even large pan for shrimp boil. Downstairs room got a little warm at night but there were box fans in the closet we used. The out door furniture was rusted with 1 chair broken but the indoor was updated and had everything we needed.

We have enjoyed coming down to Seacrest and love the location of Blue 9! We hope to return next year. One suggestion I didn't mention earlier in my check out, you might have printed and laminated instructions for the technologically challenged renters on exactly how to use the living room television. Then patio furniture is old and rusting out, unfortunately during our stay 2 of the chairs broke as one of the ladies was sitting in it (not a large lady, and just sitting at the table enjoying a cocktail waiting for the sunset).
