Vores hjem er en strandfront ejendom lige på West Bay Beach i Roatan. Som blev stemt "Top 5 smukkeste strande" og "Top 20 steder at gå på pension" og "Top 10 Dive Spots" i verden af ​​USA Today. Roatan blev også valgt af TripAdvisor som den bedste destination at besøge i 2018, med The New York Times som "53 steder at gå i 2008" og i Wall Street Journal som en "Hot Spot for 2008".

Der er masser af strandstole til opholdsstue i havet nedenunder; der er bøger, skak, brikker, familie brætspil med mere, der er tilgængelige til familietid og fritid.

Nyd Caribien lige ved dine fødder. Bogstaveligt talt! En privat strand med klart akvamarinvand og en azurblå himmel venter dig. Frodige tropiske planter og grønne blomster omgiver denne villa designet til at blande sig med naturen. Hammocks streng fra palmer og solnedgange blinker en meget utroligt grøn, kort om eftermiddagen. Du kan tage kun tre minutter til at svømme ud i verdens næststørste barriererev, et meget sikkert og roligt undervandseventyr! Eller tag en ti minutters gåtur til Gumbalimba National Park, som har et Insectarium og byder på en tur gennem en Tropical Bioreserve, 'Snuba' Dykning til Børn og Canopy Tours på Zip Lines. Great property! Right on the beach with access to restaurants and beach bars. Omar the driver was great also. Excellent location. Will definitely stay here again. Easy check in. Pictures do aboslute justice to the property. My favorite was the ability to wake up each morning and grab a dip in the ocean from the front door.

We had the best week at Casa Kennedy. The host, the manager, the groundskeeper, were all so helpful and nice. Nancy and her daughter cooked dinner for us one night at it was amazing!! They were great cooks and great company. We had a few hiccups with the WiFi and power but that is to be expected with island life. Everyone was immediately there to fix the problem and make sure we were taken care of. This crew is fabulous I will not stay anywhere else! The people, the house, the views and the beach cannot be beat. Miss it already!

To give some perspective on our review, we’ve been traveling to Roatán for about 15 years and have always stayed in West Bay.First, the location is wonderful—directly on the beach & close to everything, including a market. We love sitting outside with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening, so the outdoor space was perfect, with plenty of seating and a large table for everyone, both inside and out. When cruise ships come in, West Bay Beach can get VERY busy, but this property offers a nice sense of separation, with plenty of shade and a peaceful refuge from the cruise-shippers.The beds, while on the firmer side, were comfortable and had good-quality linens. There were plenty of kitchen, beach, and bath towels, as well as an ample supply of dishes, glasses, plasticware, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans. There were also several coffee makers and a chilled, filtered water dispenser. There is no dishwasher, but that wasn't an issue for us.The downstairs area, aside from the bedroom, is not air-conditioned, although we all ended up spending most of our time upstairs anyway. When considering the space and your travel companions, it's important to keep in mind that the downstairs unit is not accessible from the interior of the upstairs portion of the house. As a result, the second bathroom downstairs is also not accessible from upstairs.Overall, this is a fantastic property, especially for the price & location. We would definitely return!

Location, location, location... There is not a better home on West Bay Beach. The convenience of walking to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner was incredible. You can also get a quick water taxi to West End for other retaurants and shopping. Some of the best snorkeling is right outside the house. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The numerous trees were also nice for shade on the beach. We will definitely book this house again.

Just returned from an amazing week at this beach house with our adult kids and their partners.Perfect location right on the beach.West Bay can get a bit busy when cruise ships are in port...but this property allowed us privacy on the beach for those few hours.Awesome sunsets right in front.Omar picked us up and dropped us off at airport. He was extremely helpful.Nancy the House Manager made us 2 delicious dinners. The host is always available to help with any questions.Can't wait to return to Casa Kennedy!!!Thank you!!!!

Incredible beach house & location. In the heart of it all is a sanctuary with everything you need. The house was fully stocked with towels, beach towels, spare books/games/sunscreen, plenty of filtered water jug replacements, stocked kitchen plates/glassware/coffee makers/blender/pans/serving bowls. Home was very comfortable. It was loud some nights from the delicious Argentine restaurant next door but that is part of being in the heart of the action; I would take laughter over staying in a hotel listening to people above or beside anyway. Staying in this house was really smart. We went to a grocery store after we landed but there is a great store just a few doors down with everything you will need. We cooked a lot from going fishing & buying fresh local produce from a store not too far.We felt safe with the camera system that faces down the stairs & the lovely security guards that are outside watching the group of homes. The yard person came & picked coconuts for us! It was amazing drinking fresh coconut water everyday. Also, it was fully climate controlled in every room which was nice. There were 8 people in our group; 4 adults & 4 teens and we could've had at least 2-4 more people. The home is spacious.Appreciated the bolted hidden safe to keep our things in.I feel like I could go on & on. One thing I do regret is not asking the host for airport transport; I could've saved some money by using her contact but I had already booked & payed another company.

We stayed for 6 nights, we had 7 adults and 1 child. Could not ask for a better house. It had everything we needed and everyone was comfortable in their own space. The location could not be better. Quick access to the beach and delicious food. Hopped a water taxi right out front, store 2 doors down and private beach. We hired Nancy to cook for us breakfast and dinner for 5 days. It was the best food we had. Her food was amazing and fresh. She really made the trip extra special. She also made sure to get us a cake for our friends 50th. She put candles and decorations on it. If your in doubt hire Nancy!

The house was great! Wonderful location and clean and ready to go when we checked in. The host was great and very responsive. It is located just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and a small grocery store our family of 4 kids and 2 adults had a great time.

Excellent location with direct beach access. The beach in front of the house is nice. Great snorkeling, if you walk a few minutes on the beach to the south.The house is comfortable and clean. The Hostess (Nancy, she doesn't speak English, so we mainly communicated via texts) is an excellent cook - highly recommended to order food from her. There are also a few good restaurants near the house.There is a supermarket with basic items next door, but you may want to drive to the West End for shopping. If you need a larger store, "Comercial Ramirez" is the place to go.I'd recommend renting a car

Don’t hesitate to book

We were 4 couples for 10 days, excellent walking location to everything we needed, Very comfortable space inside, kitchen is well equipped, the covered deck area was very beneficial so we could be outside in rain or sun, outdoor shower was convenient, great beachfront area with shade was a big bonus, all communications with host before & during our stay were promptly answered, no surprises or disappointments.

Beachfront - easy beach access for young children

Amazing location for families -with easy access to West Bay Beach , water taxi , and many local amenities , Nancy is an Awesome cook and housekeeping support, and Ovel is great at property maintenance .

Paradise Time!!

We had a wonderful time with the whole family here at this perfect location in front of the beach at West Bay! Do not go anywhere else and enjoy this paradise !! Absolutely beautiful!!

We were a family of 6, with 3 adults and 3 kids ages 17,15 and 7. We stayed for 8 Days and 7 nights at Casa kennedy. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. It has one of the best locations on the beach if you're looking to stay on west bay.it has a private beach area with 8 lounge chairs and palms for shade. The house is a rental on a 3rd world island so things are very worn, outdated and in need of tlc. We had a few things break but they were fixed the same day. One thing that was not mentioned is that there are no stairs in the house. You have to go outside to get to the ground floor. This was a slight inconvenience. You also do not have access to laundry but Nancy did 2 loads for us midweek. she was very helpful. We stayed over Easter week which is a very popular time on this island. The beaches get very crowded during the day and loud at night. The watchmen and house security is beneficial to have during these busy times. The restaurant directly next door stays open late and plays loud music so a sound machine/app is a must for bedtime.Omar the driver is awesome! We used him for airport & excursion transportation. He stops at the food store, unloads groceries, gives you tour. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was amazing and even got our wifi back up and running when we lost it one day. Memorable roatan moments: winning crab race, night snorkeling, catching tuna and barracuda, fresh sashimi tuna, the coral, THE WATER!

Beautiful place

House was perfect for our vacation needs. Right on the beach everything within walking distance. Obel the grounds keeper amazing keeping us ready to go daily, Nancy the cleaning person was so polite and there when needed. Host was quick in communication even with time change! Highly recommended for families, big groups or events.

Stunning beachfront gem

Lovely property with amazing ocean view. Very comfortable with large wrap around deck that provides both sun and shaded areas. The house caretaker Nancy was lovely and communication with home owner was excellent.

Wonderful location!

The house is perfectly located and very comfortable. The host is very quick to respond and connected us with Omar and Nancy. Omar is so friendly and knowledgeable and so helpful getting us around the island. Id highly recommend having Nancy cook a meal for you when you stay. The food was wonderful and she was made both nights so special. I highly recommend this house!
