Casita J er 525 kvadratmeter, er meget stille og behagelig. Kompakt, hyggelig og vores mest økonomiske til et længere ophold på Casa de Guadalupe. Det har to soveværelser, to badeværelser og et kompakt, men komplet køkken i europæisk stil. Det ene soveværelse har en dronning og det andet en fuld størrelse seng. Begge har eget badeværelse med brusere. Den lukkede gårdhave har adobe og jern accenter og er skjult væk fra Guadalupe, gemt bag Casita I. Bemærk venligst, at gæster passerer gårdhaven lige nu.

It was easily within walking distance of the Plaza. A bit crowded but didn’t matter as we were always on the go. Great that we each had our own room and bathroom!

The casita was comfortable, cozy and met all of our traveling needs. Its location makes it a good base for exploring Santa Fe by foot.

The casita was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were ok, little flat. The casita is very small and a little run down. The stove is very old and we couldn’t get a burner to work. Location is wonderful. Communication with staff was prompt and thorough. I thought it was crowded with three people, but if you are not going to spend a lot of time there, it is a great location.

Location was great, just a few blocks from the Plaza. There is a bagel and Pizza place near the condo with other stores /eateries nearby. There was major road construction during the day - so I was glad we were out adventuring. The mgmt was fantastic! We had an issue with our dryer and they fixed it right away.

Guadalupe Casitas

The casita was clean and well accommodated. The location was excellent - within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe as well as nearby eating establishments. And the owner went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and she was accessible in the event we needed anything. We would stay there again.

Great location!

Everything about this place was great for my sister and me. Super location to walk to almost everything. Quiet and cozy. Great restaurants close too. Two people are perfect for this unit.

Casita J is Small but Sweet

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Casita is indeed small, but it is laid out well and very functional for two traveling friends. It’s very location. Close to the plaza and many restaurants. We loved our little patio, ant least until the snow fell! Working Mary Anne was fantastic. Check in and check out were a breeze, because of her messages and also a helpful phone call. I recommend it! Perfect Location and use of Space

This casita is tiny but so well designed that you can't really tell, they were able to get so much in with the design. The bidet was a very nice surprise. We loved the patio with the pups. We have 2 giant dogs and we felt that that space was good (it would not fit metal kennels but we have soft popable ones and it worked!) Loved all the restaurants around and proximity to the plaza.

Great use of space

Casita J was exactly what we needed. It had everything we needed in a small but well-planned space. We had our dog with us so it was very nice to have the patio space as well to give her a little fresh air. One thing that was tough (and this is more of an issue with Santa Fe in general) is that there are not too many spaces around for doggy nature breaks…mostly concrete and gravel everywhere so it took our pup a little longer to get used to that and finally do her thing. But we loved the location as we were able to easily walk everywhere and Casita J is tucked into the middle of the property so it was private and quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful little Casita!

Casita J may be small, but it's a perfect place anyone who is looking for a cozy spot within walking distance of the Plaza. The kitchen was spotless, bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. There is an excellent breakfast/lunch cafe next door if you don't feel like cooking. Mary Ann is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our needs. She was a delight! I will definitely return.

Great Santa Fe experience

Great location, very clean super close to the downtown Plaza and amazing neighbors with a coffee shop in cool bar that does karaoke on Tuesday. Great spot for a couple of buddies or friends to hang out for some time in Santa Fe

Hi! My name is Mary Ann and I'm the property manager for Casas de Guadalupe. I began working in the hospitality industry after graduating with a Finance degree from UNM. After 20 years in the industry, my brother in law, Doug and two of his friends had purchased these properties. Doug was living on site and asked me to come and take a look at them. When I came out to Santa Fe to take a look at these casitas, I fell in love with them. 10 darling vacation rentals, all within the same complex, just off the plaza...what sales person could resist!! Come and experience the friendly people, the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops, and best of all the outdoor activities in and around Santa Fe!

Casita J is a great property for family and friends. This is our smallest two bedroom, two bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a full size bed. Both bedrooms have adjoining private bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is small, but it has everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal (or warm up your delicious left overs from earlier in the day!). Cocktail table for two makes dining cozy, or spill out on to the outdoor patio and enjoy the fresh air!

Parking is easy and steps away from the front door. Walk to the plaza and enjoy all our shops, restaurants, museums and much, much more!

This property is located just off of Guadalupe which is one of the main streets that borders the Plaza. Once you cross Guadalupe, you will see lots of shops, restaurants and museums. Park is a very quiet street just off the beaten path. You can enjoy a day at the plaza, walk back to the casita and enjoy a quiet night on the patio. Or take a little walk to any of the nearby restaurants in the area. If you don’t feel like eating out, there are several grocery stores in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped making it easy to whip up a delicious meal of your very own!
