NY LISTE !! Nybyggede maleriske hytter beliggende på River Road mellem 2. og 3. Guadalupe-flodovergange i New Braunfels. Denne placering er berømt for slanger ... vi er over "skålene". Dette er dit hjem væk fra hjemmet. Slap af på dækket at tage er alle steder og lyde fra Texas Hill Country, eller gear op til en sjov fyldt rørtur ned ad floden. Tube leje ligger i gåafstand. Denne hytte har ikke direkte adgang til floden, hvis du lejer rør fra bjergbrisen kun 150 yards væk, vil de give dig et armbånd, der giver dig tilladelse til at bruge deres direkte flodadgang. "Winecup Cabin" er lige ved siden af og sover 6, så hvis du har brug for opholdsrum til 12 ... er dette stedet at være !! Der er et 3. hus på denne ejendom "Red Barn" med plads til 14. Hvis du lejer alle 3, kan du rumme 26 gæster!

Denne hyggelige hytte har en åben stue / spisestue / køkken. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alt hvad du har brug for at føle dig hjemme. Der er et spisebord med plads til 6, en futon og en dobbelt trille (stue 4 sovepladser) Der er en queensize-seng i soveværelset. Komplet badeværelse med kombinationsboks med badekar. Satellit-tv, dvd-afspiller og gratis trådløs internetadgang.

Ingen parter, ingen kæledyr, ingen rygning! Gæster skal være 25 år eller ældre for at foretage en reservation og skal bo på ejendommen i hele opholdets varighed. Evacuated

We had to cut our trip short because we got evacuated, due to rising waters at the Guadalupe.

Sunflower Cabin

I was pleasantly surprised how large the kitchen area was and the AC kept us very comfortable in the extreme heat. Nice to get out of the sun and cool off when we needed to. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again....but next time will need a bigger cabin!

There are better options

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin itself was good, ac worked great (In March), plenty of hot water, but the WiFi was unusable, they also charge out almost $250 in fees not sure why they charge a cleaning fee if they expect you to clean up everything even the grill if the place is not spotless they charge an additional $50. Last but not least the location. Other than the tubing spot nothing else is within walking distance. It’s basically a 2 way street where everything is private or reserved, even if you drive your car there’s really no where to park unless you reserved that spot .

Thank you for the feedback on your stay. I'm sorry that the WiFi was not working during your stay. It does state in the listing that WiFi in the whole River Road area is very spotty and is not a guaranteed amenity, although we do try our best to get it working for a guest if it is not. All we ask for the departure clean is to load the dishwasher, clean the grill after you use it, and take the trash out. Our cleaning crew handles all towels, linens, and all the other cleaning for the property. River Road is a beautiful area, but most things on River Road are private, which is why owner's rent out their second properties such as this one to people wanting to come vacation. I apologize that you were not happy with your stay. We manage over 100 properties in the area and hope you will give us another chance in the future. Thanks, NBE

Last stay @ Moo-Cow

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at Moo-cow cabins the majority of 10 years. This past July I paid $1300 to float two days at the river. Noticing that with a three night stay they offer a free night I was never offered this and one called the question it still was not offered it. Are used to just deal with the owner Terri Wade But this new company, no thank you. Plenty of other places with river access for much cheaper

Great cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was quaint and the email check-in process was flawless. All appliances worked well and plenty of towels for all six of us for a couple of days. The only complaint is that the campgrounds directly next to the cabin, Mountain Breeze Campgrounds, was having an Urban Music event on the same weekend and played loud music and DJ until 3AM on Friday and Saturday nights which was extremely loud in the cabin and did not give the normal feel of "getting away to the river". I understand that the cabin is owned by a different company, but I highly suggest communicating these events with suggestions of purchasing ear plugs for better sleep (or even better, to include as an amenity on occasions like this). The noise level throughout both afternoons and evenings put a big decline in our stay but we like the overall cabin, layout, and location which is why I still rated it very high.
