Clean rooms, stocked kitchen utensils, beautiful and peaceful view! We will definitely be back. So much wildlife to see! It was a wonderful stay - no issues or complaints!

AMAZING!! Everything was just perfect for us! Walking off the back patio directly to the beach is a dream! There are so many things to love about this property that I will probably miss some! The deck at roof level has the most breathtaking view of the beach and ocean, the outdoor shower convenience, fast communication with the host, privacy being tucked back off the road a bit, accurate description, very easy check-in and check-out process, the list just goes on and on! For us, being literally right in the sand and having the ability to come and go on the private beach at our leisure was perfect for us having 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The house had everything we needed and we only added a little extra basics (toilet paper, paper towels and tide pods) for our entire stay! Guaranteed, when we decide to come back to Melbourne Beach we will be staying here again!

This home was perfect. Great, private location. Perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Saw Turtles at night, and even a rocket launch. Comfortable beds and perfect view of the ocean. Thank you.

Relaxing Stay at the Beach

The location was fantastic. Couldn't beat being right on the beach. The rooms were comfy and perfect for our family of five. The beach was private and not crowded at all. We found so many shells and really enjoyed swimming each day. We also saw baby turtles hatching and turtles laying eggs. We also went to the balcony above the patio and saw a rocket launch. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay! We would definitely come again.

Vacation Getaway

The property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, secluded, and on the beach! Lounging on the patio was like sitting right on the beach and coffee at the wooden bar watching the sunrise is priceless. It was cooler while we were there and the grape trees offered a break from the breeze while still enjoying the sun and view. The property is close to shops, Publix, and Sebastian Inlet and offers everything you need for a home away from home. We can't wait to book our next stay!

Old Florida beach house

The house is nice and clean. Reminds me of how beach houses used to look before high rises started appearing and cluttered the shore line.Obviously the best part is the location right on the beach, very unique and very hard to find these days.JL

Wow…that about sums it up!! This little boho cottage nestled on the edge of the dune was a dream for us! We loved the layout, the decorating, the incredible back of the house sitting area and upper deck. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the sounds of the crashing surf.The location of the cottage was a perfect spot - not your typical Florida crowded beach town. It’s located on a narrow peninsula-like stretch of land and the road is lined with lush vegetation, small homes and small beach parking areas. There is a grocery storm and a gas station close by, plus a few locally owned restaurant gems. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, laid back experience and a step back in time to when a beach house was a cottage. Truly a dream that we intend to visit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time! The views were amazing. We walked along the beach every day and went to bed listening to the ocean. Amazing

I miss that little beach home! Amazing sunrises every morning. So nice to walk out your door and you’re on the beach. Gods amazing ocean views and sunrises were breathtaking. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Nice newer gas grill cooked us some awesome dinners. I’m ready to come back.
