We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Playa Grande is a small community spread out over 2. miles. There are over 12 restaurants, a is needed to get to the majority. Kimberly is very open to cooking to the needs of the group and willing to avoid ingredients when requested. The phone is located in the living room next to the sofa. I will notify Marianela of the extra money requested for the airport transfer. If Kimberly is provided transportation by a guest there is no charge. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.

Hi Kim, thank you for your feedback and helping us improve future renters stay. With our beach house photos in combination with property description we aim to explain the villa layout and amenities. We are reviewing them for improvements and understand the studio would be better described as having a countryside view from the deck. Room cleaning is offered every third day, with daily service available for an additional fee. The linens are also changed at this time. Each guest is provided with the telephone number of our property manager to provide assistance immediately when notified of any concerns arising. Our apologies on the stove, it was to be installed but pieces were missing and on back order. In July, I inventoried and replaced the majority of cooking ware , serving ware and dishes. The manager has been contacted to asses these kitchen concerns. We take reviews very seriously and address all feedback, for the majority of our vacation rental calendar is booked by returning guests. We take pride and strive to make this a memorable experience in which to return to.
