Din afslappende hawaiiansk ferie kalder! Dette er det rette sted at komme og slappe af fra stress og jag i hverdagen. Det er i øjeblikket hval sæson så kom se hvaler lige fra din egen private Lanai! Varm briser, intime omgivelser med smuk havudsigt. Oceanfront bygning placeret på en smukke hvide sandstrand, som du kan gå på i miles eller blot lounge på mens de nyder at god ol 'Maui solskin! Kihei / Sugar Beach er en meget bekvem beliggenhed, da det er centralt beliggende og er kun en kort køretur til Wailea, Lahaina, og Kaanaapali. Kihei er en smuk afslappende område væk fronm stress og jag og alligevel er blot en kort køretur til det for nattelivet, hvis det ønskes. For udendørs, nyde en dejlig grillplads ligger lige ved siden af ​​stranden oplyst af tiki fakler natten, eller slentre ned ad den lange hvide sandstrand. Golfbaner er også kun et par minutters kørsel, sammen med kayacking, snorkling, cykling, og masser af sight seeing. Local…perfect, on the beach. Host/hostess responded to our inquires. All amenities (kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. Cable tv worked well on both sets.

Best kept secret on Maui

Location is phenomenal, we could watch the whales and sunset from the balcony and sunrise through the open door, every destination on Maui is close to Nani Kai Hale, very clean and meticulously maintained, super friendly host highly recommended and we sure be back again

Awesome Unit, Property, & Location

This was our 3rd time staying in this unit and it had great upgrades along with the overall property was clean and awesome for beach and ocean access and views. We will be back again!

Quiet ocean front

Property is well maintained, older but no issues. Nice grill area and beach access. Quiet end of town but close enough to everything you need short drive away.

Best view

The view from the lanai was the best! We could see whales in the distance. It was quiet. The beach was quiet. It is centrally located with short drives to get anywhere. Highly recommend staying here.

The condo was great & the view was spectacular. We loved we were so close to the beach & swimming in the ocean. The furnishings are a little run down but it had everything we wanted. Only drawback is the event center next door, every night we were there, was a wedding & music until 10 pm.

Even better the second time.

If you’re looking to avoid high-end resort prices and tourist craziness, the Nani Kai Hale alcove on Sugar Beach is perfect. Central location, a beach which feels semi-private, and you can finish the day with a short walk to Ululani’s for delicious shave ice. Furnishings are functional, just enough A/C to keep things comfy, and the best balcony view you could ask for.

Nice unit to stay in. Right on the beach. Communication was good with the owner. It is older as stated by others (furniture and unit ) Could have been cleaner. But, it was satisfactory to stay at. Appreciate the availability for our stay.

Can't beat the view!

Had a great stay for a week. The view from the living room and balcony can't be beat. Unobstructed ocean and west maui mountain view, Shaded balcony all morning and most of the afternoon. We got the best sunset pictures. Good ventilation in the condo so we didn't need the AC all week. Sure the condo is a little dated but the price is right.

Great location & views

Condo unit is great and has super easy access to sugar beach. Bakery and shaved ice place within 5 min walking. Super convenient location to get to Kihei proper, and the rest of the island without feeling like you're right next to the bars etc. The unit is a little older so normal expected 'wear and tear' seen. The communication with property management was super easy, fast, and small issues were handled quickly (we didn't get a printed out parking permit on arrival & couldn't find a printer, needed extra bedding/blanket). Would recommend and definitely would personally stay here again!

Great location, but needs work

This condo has a beautiful location, and a wonderful outdoor shared patio/BBQ space right on the ocean. A truly great place to have a meal and watch the sunset. A great view of the ocean from the lanai, and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella. The unit itself is in need of a good deep cleaning and an upgrade. The tile floors are badly chipped, and the whole unit feels a little tired. I cleaned the dishwasher before using it, and ran a load of dishes through before using them. Stay here for a great location on Maui, but keep your expectations low for the suite.

Dirty

The SHAG rug in the bedroom was FILTHY, numerous stains. That carpet was as old as the unit. The walls were dirty from the floor to the ceiling. This unit has most likely never been given a good cleaning. The cost for staying in this unit far out weighed its value, even for Hawaii.

To remedy some of your concerns, I have hired a new cleaner, replaced living and dining room furniture , cleaned the carpet until I can have it replaced. I appreciate your input. Our host was terrific, providing us with clear, timely and detailed information. The condo was spotless and well stocked when th kitchen and beach supplies. It met all our needs. The view is spectacular- breakfast on the lanai was a special treat each day.

Wonderful location

Our host was amazing!! We had the best time ever! The location was perfect and right on the beach with a grass area for windy afternoons. This was our first trip to Maui and we were delighted! The view from balcony was wonderful and the parking easy and easily accessible. Laundry facilities were great as well. We will definitely return.

El lugar es muy bonito, la Picina, la playa. Todo. Pero en el apartamento hacen falta algunos arreglos, ami en lo personal me dan miedo las cucarachas y había un gran agujero en la parte detrás del baño donde salían unas enormes cucarachas, deberían arreglarlo. Como sea sino hubiera sido por mi miedo a esos animales todo había sido Perfecto.

Great location and beautiful beach view.

This condo is located right off of sugar beach. It has a sunset facing view and is in a great location (Kihei). We traveled around the entire island and found that our beach was the best because the ocean water is mellow and there's no rocks nearby. The condo has beach items you can use (towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers) that was convenient. The furniture in the condo (608) is outdated, the sliding glass door/screen is a pain to open and close (needs grease), the comforter and bath mats could be replaced and the floors were dirty. The shower wasn't cleaned very well, there was a hair (from the other guest) in the soap dish. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is pretty well stocked with cookware, oils, and spices. The cooking pan is warped and needs to be replaced. There is a small laundry mat on site that you may use. The condo is right above the pool so if there are any crying kids or roudy guests you'll hear it all. We ran into the building manager and he gave us the code to the pool and beach access, very nice guy. There's a cute and friendly black cat that roams around the property and it let us pet it.

But, if you found the condo unclean, I wish you had emailed or called or texted me as soon as you became aware of it, as this could have been corrected immediately. As the owner of the condo, I do not want my guests to come into a dirty unit. Again, I am sorry that you found the place that way.

What a location

There were a few little things that were a minor inconvenience but overall the stay was fabulous. We were here for 1 week and it is an absolutely stunning location. Top floor, beach is right in front of you, didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. The only thing you can hear is the ocean. Just 2 adults for this trip and it was perfect. You could probably stay with more if you didn't mind losing a little bit of privacy in the living room.
