Prescott Downtown Bungalow

Welcome to our Downtown Bungalow! Nestled on the north side of downtown Prescott, this cozy home is perfect for any visit to Prescott & the surrounding area. Within walking distance of the courthouse plaza, a local shuttle, shopping center, Starbucks & several restaurants. Many amenities are available to guests, making your stay as comfortable as possible. We are available for all questions & concerns; our goal is to provide you with a home away from home, while you enjoy our lovely town.
The space
Our home is located in a residential area, between some office buildings and other homes. It’s an older section of Prescott, so it’s pretty quiet...but easily accessible from all areas of town.
Guest access
The entire Bungalow (house) is yours for your visit. (*Pets allowed with permission only*) There is a front entryway that we sometimes use as a common area to drop off & pick up necessities, but only with advanced warning...we will never invade your space!
We do have an apartment around back, attached to this house, but those guests never share your space…the only thing shared, is the driveway. Guests from both units share the same spacious driveway.
✔️ In order to ensure utmost privacy for current guests & housekeepers, I do not send check in instructions until the day of your arrival. I will message you on the app to verify what time you plan to arrive in town, and go from there! Please check your messages & communicate with me, do NOT just show up in the driveway & start ringing the bell 😊
