Everything you need to enjoy your stay!

The townhome is decorated lovely, has plenty of space, and comes with lots of extras to make your stay even better! The neighborhood is nice and its also a pretty short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great vacay

Great stay. Will be back to this specific rental for sure next year. Easy to work with and the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with.

Great stay

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Ken is a great host and does a great job making the experience a comfortable and memorable one. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Excellent communication. Great area. Perfect location across from pool. Beach is maybe a two minute walk. Safe neighborhood. The owner is wonderful to work with.

Excellent stay and owner

We've be coming to this location for years and this year did not disappoint. Ken was great working with us for our stay after he took over ownership . The unit was clean and comfortable for our group and the upgrades ( bikes, kayaks, etc..) by Ken were welcomed by all.

We loved our trip!!!!

We had a wonderful time! The owner was always available to help and answer questions. We loved how close it was to the pool. We really enjoyed having the golf cart, paddle board, and park pass. We loved every minute of our stay. We hope to rent here in the future.

Ideal locale for family

This was our first time visiting Cape San Blas, and we look forward to returning. All the amenities were within a short walk - and variety to engage kindergarten to 60+. Our 5 families all rented in the same cul-de-sac ... and it was a blast. Ken's place is excellent central location in the community.

Wonderful getaway

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There was 2 pools for red flag days and plenty of toys, including kayaks, sup, floaties, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, skim boards and sand toys. The rental was very clean and pleasant to spend time in.

Everything you could need

There is literally everything you need for the beach here. This is our second time staying at this condo and it was as great as the first. Ken is easy to communicate with and the condo is well equipped with anything you need inside and out. 5/5 would recommend.

First visit to Cape San Blas and Emerald Breeze 3.3

We enjoyed swimming in both pools, playing pickleball, and being at the beach. We didn't use the golf cart, but one is available for guests who stay there. The closest "full service" grocery store, Piggly Wiggly, is about a 30-min drive, so we recommend stopping there before check-in - the steamed shrimp from Piggly Wiggly were as good as what we had in restaurants in the area.

Summer Vacay to CSB

the property was in a great location for beach, pool and State Park access. Accommodations were as noted online which was also appreciated. It was great having the golf cart access, bikes and kayaks as well. Ken was great to deal with and got back to me with any questions/requests I had within 30 minutes or less. I hope we will be able to take advantage of this great location and home in the future.

Family vacation

We booked both the Emerald breeze and Emerald Breeze 3.3. Both are fantastic! Ken is an awesome host! This was our first time at the 3.3 location and it was perfect for what we needed. My kids loved the golf cart. We used the state park pass every day! The unit itself had everything we need to make our trip enjoyable. Thank you again Ken!

Family Vacay 2019

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need! Having the pool right across the street was a huge plus for the kids. The only thing I could recommend is putting an umbrella up on the back deck for mornings due to the sun is directly on the back deck and it gets a little toasty out there. The golf cart was a bonus when you have a bunch of chairs and things to take to the beach! Overall we had a great time and the ocean was beautiful the whole trip!!

Awesome place to stay!

This was one of the nicest condos that we have ever stayed in and the amenities were endless. From a golf cart to bicycles and kayaks, beach toys, pool toys, tennis rackets and anything you can imagine, there is nothing this host hasn’t thought of. The condo is clean, decorated nicely and set up efficiently. Even on a rainy day, the kids could have their own space and find something to keep themselves busy. Communication with the host is great, responses are fast and they are very nice. I would recommend this condo and vacation spot to anyone.

best value for a large family

This property has all the toys. The pictures do not do it justice. The lake is so much fun. You will love feeding the turtles and fish from your deck each night. The pools are great. Tennis? Yep! The beach is a short, easy walk. Fires every night on the beach with smores and a sunset over the ocean. Absolutely amazing.

Fabulous Place to Stay!

This is a terrific house and very helpful hosts. Great experience! The location is < 5 mins walk to the beach, the pool is about 50 steps away. Tennis courts are 70 steps It is clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And everything works well - Ken maintains everything with care. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, kayaks, a gold cart, a SUP, a cooler, tennis rackets& balls, an outside shower and more. All these conveniences make for a relaxing time. Highly recommended!!

Girls trip at the beach

Our trip to this property was awesome! Everything was nice, comfortable and clean-as described! The hosts were right next door and were so friendly and helpful! Ken and his wife were so warm and generous that we felt right at home! We had an slight problem with the golf cart and Ken was on it immediately, just needed a little WD40. I would recommend this property to anyone, definitely worth the drive.. The area was beautiful and peaceful, which is just what I needed. We didn't want to leave. Claudia 4-23 to 4-30-22

Better than expected

Been renting at Barrier Dunes for several years and stayed at multiple condos. This one was our favorite so far. Great to have kayaks and golf cart. Found out that you can only take the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the state park. Can't take it on the bike path along the main drag. The unit was laid out well without excessive furniture like some other units. Owner was easily reached and seems to be very nice. Loved every minute of our stay.

New to the Cape

This was our first stay at this beach. It was a wonderful stay. The golf cart was a game changer for us. We have never had access to one. It made things easy to go to and from the beach. This condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The one thing I might do differently is bring our own beach chairs. The chairs are getting a bit old and need to be replaced. Luckily, we brought one for my husband because the chairs there are not meant for a 6’5” man. Other than that this place was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Miriam, thanks for the input and glad you enjoyed our golf cart. We replace our beach chairs every spring as the salt air eats them away while you watch. By the end of each season they do get kind of haggard. Please come back soon.

Cape San Blas Vacation

Thank you for a wonderful week. We appreciate your allowing us access to the home prior to the 4p check-in time and being available for anything we needed. Your communication was excellent and service outstanding. The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The property was updated, decorated tastefully, well maintained and squeaky clean. Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need including games and book for the kiddos! Beds were extremely comfortable. All the extras like the golf cart, bikes, chairs and kayaks were are plus! The golf cart was a huge bonus when taking stuff to the beach. We hope to stay again! Highly recommend!

Bang for Your Buck

Emerald Breeze 3.3 is a wonderfully clean three bedroom property. The property had everything our family of four needed for our March 2022 Spring Break Trip, and our teenage kids loved having their own rooms with their own private decks and TVs. As a cost conscience person, the thing that made this property stand out was all the "extra value" it came with. Things like 2 kayaks, a stand up paddle board, golf cart, state park pass, and everything you would ever need to go to the beach (towels, beach cart, umbrella, toys,...........) were conveniently available for our us. Having these things available saved significant money and headaches! The location is great: 3 minute walk to the beach, heated pool across the street, and the state park right next door. Ken, the property manager was easy to communicate with and always responded to any questions we had almost immediately. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning soon.
