Hi Mitch, Well, we're glad you enjoyed the location and the property itself while you were here. We do feel like we have to clear this up and mention that it seems like maybe you misread the description because this unit has never been advertised as a 3 bedroom and it has been a very long time since the hallway bunks were mentioned at all as they are not available to use and so are definitely not advertised in any way. With your named party of 4, we wouldn't have had any reason to think you'd need the extra space, although there is an extra pullout bed in the Queen bedroom if needed. Unfortunately, you did not mention your hot water issue so we didn't get a chance to address it but I'm sure, as with the TV issue, it would have been sorted out easily for you. Usually having what is perceived as no hot water in just one faucet just means you may be turning the handle in the wrong direction, and we'd have been glad to help you out with it all. A 3 Star review is unfair for this property as it was and is as advertised. We do wish you all the best in your future travels. Ros & Carolyn

Hi! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We found out that there were cabinets in the kitchen that had been locked that were supposed to be left open. We apologize for this inconvenience! The owners had guests in just prior to your stay and the cabinets were left locked, but should not have been and this problem has been corrected. We hope you will come back and stay with us again!!!
