THE SPACE
The back deck overlooks the smoky mountains including the famous Mount LeConte and downtown Gatlinburg.

There is FAST 200 Meg wifi available at the cabin & there is good cell service!
PLEASE NOTE! The cabin is on newly refinished roadway with a manageable concrete driveway. We do have lights positioned to assist you in the dark.
PLEASE NOTE: Please note this is a smoke-free property (any smoking results in a $250 fine). No parties are allowed (even small groups) and no loud noise after 10 pm to not disturb neighbors. No animals are allowed due to severe animal allergies in our family.
Other things to note:
The chalet cabin has FAST 200 Meg internet. Most major cell phone companies get service.
All persons Must be 25 or older to stay here without a guardian!
The chalet cabin sleeps 5 adults and 2 kids and/or 4 adults and 3 kids comfortably. Or a combination of. Check with us for larger-sized families or groups.
We do not offer late check out or early check-in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be a $50 charge per.
The chalet cabin is in the woods you will see and hear critters.
As with all chalet cabins in the area the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.
For the gas fireplace, all you need to do is turn white timer knob to start the fire. It will automatically turn off after 60 minutes.
There is a charcoal grill outside.
Please message us before booking more than 6 people so we can help you figure out your sleeping arrangements to make sure it will work for your family.
The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and be asked to leave.
Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

The cabin was very clean and just the right size. The host sent me all the information I needed prior to my stay and was very helpful. The cabin is up a mountain a bit, but very close to everything in Gatlinburg.

What a fantastic property! Super close to the main strip without having to be on top of everybody. Amazing views! They even had a printer upstairs. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely home! Plenty of room for our group. Great view from the porch and windows overlooking Gatlinburg. Enjoyed having a pool table to use while staying in. Too bad we didn't get to use the jacuzzi because we were just too busy visiting, sightseeing, and shopping. We'll definitely look into this home next time we're back in town!

Loved our stay here. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were good as well. The host was great with communication and the place was really everything we needed for our family. We even got in the hot tub during a rain storm, which was beautiful. The view was nice and close to everything. One tip: What we found was that if you park in the parking lot behind the aquarium for the day, you can walk around to everything fir the day or afternoon, and then you’re just a 3 minute drive up the steep hill. The parking is a little tricky, but totally fine. We were about 30 minutes from really fun zip lining as well as 40 minutes from Whitewater rafting. Make sure to catch Anakeesta during sunset.

Everything was as listed. Had all things there except your own soap n shampoo. Except for the rain stopping us from hitting the hot tub the visit was great. No bears sited. Was quite and peaceful, would go back again if wife chooses to go there again. Host was fast to respond to any questions I had also. Good people. Not to mention the aquarium is at the base of the mountain of the rental with all day parking available.

Cozy and in a great location
Our family enjoyed the stay at this cozy house. The owner is very communicative. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. It's super close to Gatlinburg downtown, but also quiet and private.

Perfect little spot!
These guys are great hosts and the location was fantastic!! We were looking for a cabin that wasn’t too expensive and not up high on a winding and scary road- this place hits the mark!!! The views are wonderful and the location is co convenient to everything we wanted to do!

Family Spring Smokies Trip

Comfy and Modern

Amazing stay!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was the perfect peaceful getaway, and the amenities (especially the hot tub) made it feel extra special. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive to any messages we had and provided a ton of helpful information about the area, which made our trip even smoother. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy it all! We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Smoky Road trip
We stayed at Roy and Greg's for three nights as part of a road trip with our three kids. The space was perfect for us and the kids loved the pool table and we loved having a washer and dryer. The location was perfect -- super close to town and a great launching pad for the National Park.
