The cabin was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable for our family of 3! The host checked in regularly and was very quick to respond.

The cabin was beautiful and modern. House was rather well clean. Dishes were done alright, though only one dirty fork was available in drawer and found previous renters glasses and undergarments in master bedroom. Otherwise was really well taken care of with all appliances and other home features in well working order. I would say that this property is a great choice to take, and enjoy.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! The property was a great size for our family of 3 but definitely could have fit more guests. The resort is off the beaten path to downtown Gatlinburg. However, we felt it was worth it. It was about a 20 minute drive to downtown but plenty of restaurant options between. And if you didn't want to eat out, the kitchen had plenty of storage and cooking options. We had plenty to do on site even with it being the off season and the pool already closed. Our neighbors were close but we didn't hear anyone. The onsite hot tub was great and all the arcade games. The beds were comfortable. The only wish I had is that the TV in the family room had access to apps rather than just local cable. Neil responded to us quickly and also let us check in an hour early after our long travels. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay. The cabin looked amazing! Everything we need was provided. Mr. Neil continued to check on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Thank you and we will be staying again.

Probably one of the best locations and stays I have had in years. The cabin was fabulous, plenty of towels, beds very comfortable as were the pillows. The cabin was well stocked and had all the necessities plus some. I just wish the weather would have allowed us to use the pool and court.

BEAUTIFUL Amazing property!

The property EXCEEDED my expectations! The pictures that are listed are not the actual UPDATED interior decor pics. The owner has made major upgrades to the bedroom to give you a beautiful update elegant romantic safari type vibe! A sight to see! Everything was just right. Games, pool table, hot tub, wireless charging. Everything was amazing. Will be booking again

Spring Break Getaway

We spent spring break here and had a wonderful time. The cabin was so much fun and had plenty to keep us busy on a rainy day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal plus some extras (spices, oils etc). It was in a nice calm quiet area and a short drive from the downtown area. Check in couldn’t be easier. Neil was great with communicating. Would definitely return. Thanks Neil!

Neil’s cabin was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the coziness of it. It was beautifully decorated and was well equipped in the kitchen(I would take oil, foil, etc..). The bed was comfortable and the twinkle lights in the master bedroom were a whimsical touch. We were greeted with cute Christmas decor, then adding the flaming fireplace in the evening made us feel right at home. The travel time to Gatlinburg is approximately 15 minutes, and 30 minutes to the outlets in Pigeon Forge. A few downsides.. there isn’t a mountain view here, or at least we didn’t see one during our cloudy trip, and the back side of the cabin is lined with other cabins so it wasn’t as private as I’d hoped, but there are privacy curtains. The cabin resort area with pool(covered for winter) and fire pit was deserted. The resort itself is very nice but I think I expected a little more in that area as shown in the photos as far as the fire pit. Neil was communicative when contacted, which I appreciate even though he lives across the country. All in all the cabin was great for our stay and very clean. I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Weekend!

We arrived late on Thursday night and there were lights on to welcome us in! What a special touch to not have to be fumbling in the dark to get in. That was only the start of us falling in love with the Cozy Cub! The kitchen was stocked beyond any we've ever stayed in. From spices and oils to coffee and K-cups, even a crock pot, it was all we needed! The beds were so comfortable and we slept soundly every night. The walk in showers with a body jet worked out the day's fatigue from all the shopping and eating we did. :) There were huge TVs to watch football on and a wonderful fireplace to make game day super cozy. Neil was a dream to work with as he stayed in contact closely through the whole process. We will definitely be booking again and hope to bring even more family to stay in the resort!

Defined worth it for a family vacation with younger kids. The pool is a must and easy access for toddlers with a beach like entrance and a lot of shallow play area as well. How met all expectations and was easy to communicate any issues between. Would 100 percent recommend this place to family and friends and we made lasting memories. Can’t wait to do it again next year

Perfect cabin and pool area. The Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all questions. The cabin is as nice as what the pictures show. No tricky photography here. Super clean from top to bottom. Which is the biggest check mark for us! The pool and hot tub area was very well maintained and the largest hot tub we’ve ever seen. The personal hot tub on the back porch was really nice to have as well. Walk in showers were a great plus! Short walk to the pool and pickleball court. Cabin area is very easy to get to. Perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. Lots of little streams around the area you can walk in. Very nice arcade games and pool table. With all the games and pool and pickleball court we never even turned the TV’s on. Which says a lot for our kids. Just nice sitting out on the super comfy rocking bench on the front porch and soaking in the area. We’ll definitely be back to the smokies and this is where we’ll stay again!

Family spring break

20th Wedding Getaway

Cabin was awesome, only thing when looking at pictures on line, you think master bedroom is on entry level but it is on second floor.
