Very nice condo. Everything about it was nice we enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back. Condo is right next to a trolley stop to take you to the main strip.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! The condo was modern, spacious, and beautifully presented. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well put together. The location was also great, not too far from downtown, which made getting around and enjoying the area really convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Everything about our stay in this condo was perfect. Immaculately clean, beautiful finishes, comfortable beds. The only complaint we had was the noise coming from the upstairs neighbors, all night long. I think the overnight hours are when they are working on getting their 10,000 steps in, or training for a jumping jack competition. Hopefully they are just vacationing and not permanent residents.

Finally saw a bear! Nice place, walkling distance to everything, WiFi is terrible- we had to use our Hotspot because the wifi continously disconnected.

The place was very beautiful and close to everything made it very convenient. Was stocked with everything you would need. Exactly as it was pictured the only thing is the contractors could be a little more careful with their work there was paint splotches on the floor but no fault of host. Host was great with communication and very nice will definitely be staying here again.

Place looked exactly as shown. Beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. However, WiFi kept losing connection. Couldn’t watch TV much. Loved the walking distance to Smoky mountains and the many restaurants and activities around. Will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very convincing if you want to be by the Gatlinburg strip. I will say it is in a very sketchy part of Gatlinburg and we had a very “rough” motel behind us so on the balcony it was loud from all the yelling. There was a broke toilet paper holder when we entered the unit as well as stains on the bedding that we noticed. One of the beds was completely off the slats and was sitting on the floor, but we were able to life the mattress and fix it. Overall for the price is was good but definitely needs to be looked over better by cleaning crew.

Good location within walking distance to Downtown Gatlinburg. Check-in process was great with a clean room. While the location is close, the surrounding properties are a little less desired. We experienced others cursing kids and family members in the street. Also, the walls in the condo are very thin and you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms and up above you. It was challenging while kids in the condo above us ran constantly and you could hear everything being said by the neighbors.

Everything was great and the condo was very clean! It’s also close to everything! We saw a bear multiple days from the balcony. The host was amazing with communication and always kind. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star and not 5 is because one of the beds had a huge dip in the mattress. We made the kids take that bedroom so it wasn’t a big deal for us but could be for other adult travelers. It was amazing quality for what our trip cost!!! We would absolutely stay there again!

Unit was as pictured, clean and new building. Building is so new that our map app didn't have it yet! Our unit was also on the 4th floor with no elevator. Plenty of space for both of us on our anniversary trip. Kitchen was well stocked, only thing missing was pot holders. Beds were both comfortable and neither had a dip like another review stated. As a bonus, the building is between two trolley stops so easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg for free. Highly recommend this listing and will consider when we want to return!

The place was nice and clean. However, sleeping was kind of hard with the light from the outside shining in. The curtains don’t do a very good job keeping out the bright light from the lights left on by the condo complex. There was also a lot of noise one night. Someone played their music very loud until 2am. We did like how we could walk to the strip, but didn’t feel the safest at night.

The condo is nice. Clean. Fully stocked with everything just as advertised. We enjoyed our time there very much. Improvements that need to be made to obtain the best rating possible are to the bed in the back bedroom. It sinks down at the head and the foot of the bed unsupported by any frame. Very uncomfortable bed. The neighbors above were very loud at night with thunderous steps. The parking lot was very black and not well lit at night. Hopefully it is possible to add lighting there. Didn’t really feel safe walking down into town and coming back after dark . Not the best neighborhood. Owners were easy to communicate with. Bears every day of our 3 day stay on location.

The good: Condo is located in a great spot for a downtown Gatlinburg experience as well as entrance to SMNP. West Prong of Little Pigeon River is 100 yard walk for some fishing in mornings and evenings. Condo was clean with all essentials provided for a comfortable stay. Excellent communication from host including quick response time. Great value compared to other options in this price range. The Not So Good: surrounding properties are run down and far less appealing. Walls of the condo are very thin. We heard neighbors footsteps constantly. However, did not affect our sleep whatsoever. Locating a dumpster for trash was a bit tricky, but search the far side of the parking lot next to Ownby road. Elevator does not work, even after the repairman serviced it. Overall: great value for a clean place to stay with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

I would suggest that you let the customer know that the elevator was out. We were on the 3rd floor and didn’t know until we arrived and I’m a type1 diabetic suffering from breathing problems but my husband is 70 in perfect health so he was able to carry all of our luggage up with no problem while it took me all the time to get up after he carried everything. Plus you need handicap bars in restrooms. Don’t have maintenance doing anything to the unit until we leave unless it’s an emergency. Also need a designated place to put garbage.

The only complaint. The elevator was/is not working (4 flights of stairs was a lot with luggage and just who likes stairs)and the ice-maker was not working. Overall we absolutely love our stay and would stay there again.
