Great location. Convenient to local shops and restaurants. Beach access and pools are super nice. The room itself could use a few kitchen items for easier cooking - the pots were small for cooking for a large family.. no kitchen scissors or a whisk that I could find and only one cookie sheet. The master bed was quite uncomfortable and the bedding was sub par. Overall the stay was nice though and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in St.Augustine!

This is our second year at this unit. The linens are worn and need to be replaced. Also, more bath towels need to be provided for those staying a week.

Last minute getaway before school

Booked/planned this trip last minute to get away before the kids start school. Booked on a tuesday and arrived on Thursday - the communication was great and everything was processed quickly. Room was as pictured/described. Great location, 2 pools were very clean and not overcrowded (and if timed right could have the pool all to yourself). Beach is a short 3-5minute walk from room. Has beach toys in laundry room the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice condo and property!

This was a nice condo but their is no ocean view from the room. The check in process was terrible. We had to stop several times at the kiosk to pick up the keys to our condo because they will not notify you when they are there. Even when the keys are at the kiosk we weren't allowed to go to our room. The rooms were already cleaned and ready but the lady at the phone number said we had to wait. That put everyone trying to unload their things at one time with only one elevator and wasted most of our day that we could have been relaxing.

Would Definitely Stay Again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was very clean and neat. My daughters were super excited about the new twin mattresses that were delivered during our stay. They are super comfy!! The condo is located at the front of the complex...easy access to the pool with the lagoon. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. The kitchen has everything you would need. Unfortunately, they don't offer any extras for the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. Make sure you bring your own.

Family beach time

Overall it was a wonderful stay and condo was excellent for our family of 8. The 2 pools and beach were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative part is the limit of 2 parking spots. We needed 3. It did not explain that in the description, until details where sent a few days before our stay. The check in was extremely confusing with multiple text messages and emails, then a portal. I would prefer one method through Vrbo. The directions in the book on the table were different than the emailed information. I never knew where to look for anything. Then after driving and returning keys and parking passes the lady said I was supposed to leave the parking passes at the leasing office. I never even heard of the leasing office or what that meant. I would have much rather turned everything in right there and not 10 miles down the road. I believe this is not the fault of the condo, just the management company. I stay at places frequently and this by far was the most confusing.

Girls Trip

Upon arrival, the gate codes given were inaccurate. We had to walk around condo to find someone to let us in the gate. There was no direction of where washer and dryer was. So we thought it was a community washer/dryer. The last day we found the key stick and went looking for a locked door it worked. There was no directions on where trash disposal was. The plumbing needs a lot of attention. One bathroom sink was full of water the whole time. Would not drain. The toilet would almost overflow when flushed. The condo is outdated and all mattresses need replacing. There was no warning that there was construction right outside of our windows starting at 8am and all day!!! Concrete dust every where. I’ve maker in refrigerator does not work. We had to buy ice the whole time. The dish brown had black mold on it and was broken. There were 7 towels for 6 people for 3 nights. Had to go buy some because because we had not found washer and dryer.

Getaway for 4!

This property is good but not excellent and it could really be better without much effort. We had a fun time while in St Augustine but there could have been some improvement; the plumbing in all the bathrooms runs slow, the tub on the hall bath does not have a stopper, the mirrors on the bathroom walls need replacing- very rusty. New shower curtains, some fresh paint. This could be an awesome property- great location and views of pool and lagoon. Just needs some tender loving care. Not for a group of adults- might be better for a family with kids.

Villas stay

I enjoyed my experience for the most part. The property was nice and quiet and well taken care of even though you could tell it was older. The description online was almost perfect. The furniture in the house was a little outdated but sturdy and comfortable. The chairs in the dining area were stained badly as well as and the patio furniture. The patio screen to the main bedroom was also off track so we couldnt use it. It was also difficult for me to get into the property because there were two codes given but neither worked so any time we left the proper we had to wait for someone to come out and if that took too long one of us had to walk to get the other car to pull up to the gate to let our other vehicle in. I called every number listed on my paperwork and at the property and even left a message, but no one ever returned my call. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We brought extra toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags but realized a lot of it was already there for us. I would definitely still recommend this property to others and could see my family staying again!

Ocean Villas 107

Good location. Unit was spacious. Property management very responsive. Could have had a few more kitchen items, but overall very functional for most meals. Could also use new pillow and mattresses, especially in Masters suite. Great place for great family vacation week
