Charming 3-room apartment in the historic center of Dinan

A spacious 75-square-meter apartment—quiet, bright, and cozy—fully renovated in the heart of Dinan’s historic center, a City of Art and History.
Located on the second floor of a bourgeois townhouse on a quiet cul-de-sac, come enjoy the charm of this historic home just steps from the famous Rue du Jerzual, with a breathtaking view of the rampart walk and the towers of our beautiful medieval city’s fortifications.
Just a 5-minute walk from both the harbor and downtown, close to all amenities, you’ll have access to free parking right at the building’s entrance.
Staying in our apartment will also allow you to visit Dinard, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte, Cancale, Mont Saint-Michel, and why not relax on our magnificent beaches along the Emerald Coast?
You can also rent a boat or bike to explore along the banks of the Rance River.
The accommodation consists of:
- 2 large bedrooms measuring 15 and 17 m², each with a very large closet and a dresser.
The beds measure 140x190 cm
A travel crib is available for either bedroom.
Room 1 features a desk with a view of the ramparts and the viaduct
Room 2 features a changing area with storage closets and a beautiful view of the half-timbered houses of Jerzual.

You can have your linens and beds made upon arrival for 10€ per person per stay (fitted sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover, 2 towels per person, shower mat, dish towels, hand towels).

- An open-concept kitchen connected to the living room, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, traditional filter coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

- A living room with a 2/3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, an 81 cm TV, a table, and 4 chairs.

- A laundry room with multiple shelves, a dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a broom.

- If you have bicycles, you can store them in the basement.

- Picnic tables at the base of the building on a green terrace overlooking the rampart walk.
- Cleaning service available: €45, to be paid on site to the service provider
