Great ground floor location, walk right of your screen door to the pool or beach.

This was perfect for us! There was on going construction and parking was a little tricky at first, but the location and set up were great. Jeff(property manager) bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location! We will be back.

Great Value

Stayed here for Bike Week. Convenient location. Very spacious unit; large kitchen, living room and master suite. Nicely remodeled kitchen and master suite bathroom. Laundry right next door to unit. Underground parking easy to get in and out.

Excellent Condo

Location of Condo was excellent. Room was very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Huge bathtub and big shower. An added bonus was being on the first floor.

Bad Mgt company

The process to get keys for the unit was a mess. We wasted over 2 hours calling different people & driving to different locations. We got minor discount but the start was not good. Also the unit was not very clean, didn’t have hand soap, we had to have pool towels delivered the next day, we never had access to the parking garage, and the beach gear (that was advertised in the listing) was non existent. Lastly, the listing did notice that there was construction but the photos in the listing were completely misleading.

Room was good! Construction sucked!

Really enjoyed our stay but there was some issues for sure. The whole building was undergoing construction so every morning at 7:30am we’d be woken up to pneumatic tools banging. There was also a plumbing issue that flooded out the whole gym floor. As far as the room itself though, the room was very clean and was perfect for our group. Overall it was good but not the best given the circumstances.

Good and Bad

We arrived on Thursday March 10th. This was during bike week. The listing Stated we would have one parking space. When we arrive there was no parking available anywhere. Upon calling we were told is bike week there’s nothing we can do. The first few nights we had a park several blocks away with our 2 year old. The kind of itself was fairly clean. However it was still somewhat dirty. Walking across the floors barefoot on the very first night, our feet would turn black. The sliding glass door to exit out the back toward the beach did not lock. There was a pole you had to put in between the door and the frame. The exterior patio was covered in a sludgy slime and the patio furniture was in not great shape.

So much potential

The place is gorgeous and in the best location in the condo. The only condo with ocean views from both bedrooms and living room and access to go to the beach or pool directly from the unit itself. This place just needs a little TLC and it would be rented out first every time. The big problem that needs to be addressed is the sliding glass doors. There are 3 of them but only 1 of them functioned properly. The 2nd bedroom sliding glass door is the only one with a handle and a functioning lock. The living room door has no handle or lock and the master bedroom did not operate at all and there was a substantial gap between the door and wall that let bugs and heat in. If 3 new sliding glass doors were unlocked installed with the ability to lock and unlock from the outside, then this place would be the best unit in the building. The crack in the sliding glass door led to the next issue which is the warmth in the master bed and whole unit during the heat of the day. During the day the unit would stay 74-75 with some humidity in the air. When the door gets fixed, I believe this issue goes away. The only other thing I might do, would be install ceiling fans in the whole unit or at least the master. There was a condensation drip in the master bath from the a/c vent which again is probably from the door issue. The door knob came off the second bathroom door but just needed the set screw tightened to keep it on. Another issue that needs to be addressed is the electronic lock which didn’t work 3/4 of the time which led to us using the sliding glass door as the main entryway. Again, this place has a lot of potential and I would definitely stay here again when the issues are fixed.

Biketoberfest 2021

Overall it was a good stay. The location is perfect and right by everything. However we talked to someone prior to going that said there would be trailer parking and parking available in the garage and lot. That’s not the case. You can’t park in the garage because it’s the permanent tenants spots and the one that owned our unit we were told rents out the spot separate it’s not available when you stay. The top lot is first come first serve so if there are no spots you have to find somewhere else to park.

Condo was nice

I loved being on first floor and being able to see the beach. Almost everything about the condo was great. The only reason I’m rating this low is because when we got there the A/C was not working. I called the first day I got there, but I was told no one would be able to come that night so we had to wait the next day- next day came and still no one showed up. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights because of this. The third day they finally got it working, but we felt the rooms were still hot and it was only cool in the living room. I don’t believe we will be staying there again.

Dirty and No Parking

Our particular unit was not clean. The floors and surfaces were not cleaned. The patio area was dirty. We did not use the tabel and chairs outside because they were dirty. The dishwasher didn't work. A bathroom sink didn't work. TV in one bedroom didn't work and staff could not figure out how to work in. The parking was horrible. We were scared to leave because we didn't know if we would have a parking spot when we returned. There was no one at desk in lobby over the weekend therefore there was no one to speak to about problems.

Easy check in. Not a party spot, which is GREAT! Quiet location to come back to after the night out. Really liked the 1st floor access

Fantastic Getaway

This condo is right on the beach and on the first floor, very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There were 2 single pull out beds in living room if needed. You can't find a better place to drink your coffee, listen to the sound of the waves and watch the sun rise.. Lot's of great restaurants and shopping near by. Condo had everything you needed from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of blankets and towels. Such a amazing place, I would definately recommend!
