Everything about this condo was exceptional. We enjoyed having our own, covered parking space. Communication was great. Had a little problem with the washing machine, but it was quickly fixed. The beach/pool view was not only spectacular, it was easy to get to, etc. We wished there were a few blankets/throws and there wasn't any salt/pepper/coffee that we usually find in Vrbo's that we have rented in the past. I would definitely stay there again if available.

Family Vacation July 26

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have visited the Island Princess in the last two years. It is centrally located and close to most things we like. The pool is great, the beach is great and the condo is very nice. The staff is great and totally on top of handling anything that might come up. The digital check in, etc. is really nice. Add to all that, covered parking out of the sun. We will be back next year.

This was our favorite vacation rental in Fort Walton by far. Beautiful condo with everything you might need. Great location, easy check in and awesome host communication. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location on Okaloosa Island. Steps from the beach were our chairs and umbrella were waiting for us every day! Nice heated pool as well since the water in the gulf was a little chilly. The condo worked great for our family of 5, giving everyone a bed and having 3 bathrooms was so nice. The entryway of the condo could use a fresh coat of paint as you can tell it’s been banged up some from people coming and going but it didn’t detract from the experience. The handle of the sliding door to the patio broke - we contacted Legacy Vacations who had someone there to fix it within an hour! Would 100% stay here again.

**Amazing Stay with Everything a Family Needs**

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view is absolutely amazing — we could have spent all day just soaking it in. The condo itself has everything a family could need, making it easy and comfortable to feel right at home. The owners were fantastic to work with — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The spacious condo was exactly like it is advertised. Very clean. Great communication with the owner. Had one tiny issue that was handled immediately. We liked the location. We will be back.

We absolutely love Okaloosa Island! When I’m looking for a rental, I always read reviews, so I wanted to share both the positives and a few things we wished were different.We stayed in Unit 507 and the view was amazing! The unit is tucked in a little compared to some others, but we overlooked the pool and walkway to the beach. The furniture inside the condo was comfortable and well maintained.We traveled with our 4 adult children and 1 grandson, and the 3-bedroom/3-bath layout was perfect for us. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was amazing! The tub in the twin-bed room did not drain properly during our stay.The kitchen appliances and everything else worked properly, but there wasn’t a decent kitchen knife. LOL! We enjoy cooking together as a family, so that would be a nice addition.The balcony furniture was basic lawn-chair style. With such a beautiful beach view, more comfortable seating would have been wonderful.The beds were probably due for replacement. They were a little saggy in the middle and not especially comfortable. There were also no extra blankets or pillows, so we purchased some during our stay. There was one extra quilt in the master.We really enjoyed the property. The workout room had great equipment compared with other condos we’ve stayed at, although it is very small.Overall, we loved the layout, location and beautiful view and had a wonderful family vacation! A few updates would make this unit even better.

In need of repairs...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Complex was too large to have 1 elevator out of order the entire length of our stay, then the stairs in center of complex only go up to 4th floor, you then wait on elevator or walk to east or west side to do more stairs if unit is on 5th floor or higher. We were told our unit dryer was out of order and 2 days to arrive new part, the part never arrived and day to day had to be given a different unit to use laundry so didn’t get to wash laundry like we would normally do, appreciated managements efforts to accommodate our laundry requests, but the elevator/stairs situation was hard on grandparents. Complementary beach service not complementary, only provided if seats are available, actually needed to pay to reserve chairs and then told if I set up my tent it has to be behind the condo’s beach service, still had a nice vacation in spite of issues that I wish I’d known about beforehand...

Amazing!

This property was everything and more! It was 110% clean when we arrived, fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and the view of the Gulf was AMAZING. We have never used VRBO before and now I think we will never stay at a hotel again! The location was perfect, right on the beach in a quieter area west of Destin. The white sand beach was perfect. It was an amazing family vacation with our adult children and 17 yr. old!
