That Gulf view from the balcony really is special, Shelia. I’m sorry the elevators and trash chute weren’t working during your stay; those disruptions made things less convenient, and we appreciate you letting us know. We’d be happy to welcome you back for another stay.

3 bedroom 3 bath on the 3rd floor at the end w extreme privacy was the ultimate!! Having a 1 1/2 year old with us made the "no traffic" unit a plus! We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home on the beach!

This home was beautiful! It was pretty well-stocked with dishes & towels. It was clean and very comfortable. To list it as sleeping 8, we wished there would have been a couple of extra blankets or throws, as our daughter slept on the couch and didn't have bedding. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the beach access perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

No, not like the movie, all though the Goatfeathers Restaurant was not open. It was a wonderful and relaxing time. Cool walks on the beach, not a lot of folks. Very quiet and relaxing.

Great Beachside Condo

I stayed here for a few nights while some coworkers and I were in town for meetings. The 3 bedroom 3 bath worked out perfect for us since this was a work trip. Beautiful condo with an even better view. Wish I could have stayed for a vacation, but hopefully will be back in the future. Really enjoyed it.

Spent cool week with much relaxing. Eating, talking, reading, and sitting on beach in a sweatshirt. Deck was fantastic, great view, sun was warm, and could get out of wind.

Great location, close to all the amenities. There was an outside tote with beach chairs, sand mat and some toys to use. Pool was perfect temp. There were no coffee fitlers, or basics like salt and pepper.

Love this

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious. View is phenomenal. Only downer was the parking pass. Need to come up with something disposable. Shouldn’t have to pay if it is forgotten. The rest was great.

As far as location goes, this place gets 5 stars. It was a great oceanfront property for our group of 6 adults with its 3BR/3BA layout. However, several issues made it hard to justify a full 5-star rating overall. Property maintenance is lacking. The freezer's ice machine was broken, and the master bedroom TV did not work. While the host was responsive and the technician was friendly, coordinating the repair wasted hours of our vacation day. The next day, we found a slow-draining tub. We chose not to report it because we didn't want to lose more vacation time coordinating another fix. These issues should be resolved before guests arrive. Maintenance should be done while unit is vacant, not on someone’s vacation time.Additionally, the closest elevator was broken during our stay, causing long wait times for the next closest one. To make things worse, we were only provided 6 rolls of toilet paper, a single roll of paper towels, and 2 garbage bags for 6 adults staying 4 nights. This felt VERY inadequate given the price paid and the fact that they want you to remove all garbage prior to leaving - despite a hefty cleaning fee. When we asked for more toilet paper and garbage bags, the host's solution was to tell us to buy our own basics. Not helpful, especially based on the issues we already experienced. Really frustrating honestly.Due to the poor maintenance and stingy amenities, I would not rent from this management company again, nor would I recommend them. Thanks.

Thank you, Marissa, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic oceanfront location and the spacious layout of our condo, which is perfect for groups. However, we genuinely regret that your experience was marred by maintenance issues and the lack of adequate supplies. It’s clear that the broken ice machine and TV, along with the slow-draining tub, disrupted your vacation, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We strive to ensure that all maintenance is handled promptly and efficiently, and we appreciate your feedback on this. We will certainly take your comments to heart as we work to improve our processes. Regarding the supplies, we aim to provide a comfortable stay, and it sounds like we fell short in this area. We will review our policies to ensure that future guests have everything they need for a hassle-free experience. We appreciate your candid feedback and hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we’re committed to making improvements.

Clean 3 bedroom

The property was very clean. I also liked that it was on the corner of the building. I has its own porch by the front door where it be can store rafts, yet it’s not far from the elevator. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The only change I would make is to replace the dining room table. The glass top sits on two wide shell shaped legs, but it’s not attached. It’s easy to tip the glass top if one presses on the edge of the glass.

Very nice beach. Ok property

Only one elevator was working upon our arrival and until the last day of our stay. The HVAC filter in the unit was very dirty and replaced at our request. The handles to the outside of the sliding glass door were missing and we couldn’t get the dock to work. The shower curtain in the master bathtub was put on backwards and had stains. The tub handles were yellowed and moldy looking. Nice beach and beach service .
