Perfect for multi-generational family reunions or group getaways. This private fully remodeled beach house sit on nearly 70 feet of private, direct Gulf frontage. Enjoy panoramic wall-to-wall ocean views, a private heated pool, and a spacious covered deck—all steps from the sand. This home feature accessible, open-concept ranch layouta with just one step to enter.

Travel Comforts: Fresh linens, hair dryers, and travel-sized soaps/shampoos.

Private Pool: Heated to 85°F from December 1st through March 1st

To maintain our peaceful atmosphere and comply with local regulations, we strictly enforce the following rules:
Maximum Occupancy: Strict limit of 6 guests maximum (including children of any age). No exceptions.
Guest Registration: The names and ages of all guests must be provided at the time of booking. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No day guests.

Parking: Strict maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on-site (NO RVs, semi trucks, etc)

Video Surveillance is on the exterior of the property for your safety.

The house is clean, bright and very comfortable for families with young children. The pool heats up quickly in the sun and is lovely to swim in throughout the day. The beach is quiet and such a quick walk to the house!

Great house with a pool in a great location! Had everything we needed to make this trip memorable. Host had excellent communication and replied to any questions quickly. Beach was not over crowded and we had front row seats to some amazing sunsets. Will stay here again next time we come to Indian Shores.

Great location! Our family utilized the ocean side home as well as the back home. It gave us plenty of space to be able to spread out and have our own time alone when needed. Being so close to the ocean was great to run back and forth for snacks or for taking a break out of the sun. Pool was a bonus too! Host was excellent in communication and we hope to be back someday in the future.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the location. Having the pool right on a beautiful, quiet beach was amazing. Unfortunately, the pool temperature was too cold for swimming during our visit. The house itself offered plenty of space, which we appreciated.However, we were disappointed to discover that none of the front windows could be opened to enjoy the sea breeze, which at times made the interior feel a bit claustrophobic. I would recommend disclosing this in the property description, or considering adding a glass fence to meet Florida code and allow the windows to open.Overall, I would still recommend this property.

Thank for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your feedback. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few things: We do heat the pool from Dec 1 to Mar 1. I believe your stay was in October. Windows - there are pool alarms on 3 windows only in the entire BH. This due to close proximity of the pool to the house. You are able to open the windows but the pool alarm will go off for the safety of the children. You can also hit the bypass button so the pool alarm will not go off.

We Had a fantastic stay at this gulf front house. The pool was located so close to the beach which was amazing. The host was very quick with a response when we had any questions. The host did inform us prior to our stay that there was a flooring issue in the master bath, which was confirmed upon our arrival, and they were going to address this issue after our stay. while the floor was uneven in a few other places in the beach house, the location of this house was fantastic.

Thanks for your review and kind words. We love how close the pool is to the beach. We are sorry about the floor issue in the master bathroom. We were not able to fix in in 4 hours for the flip on that day nor did we want to interrupt your stay but for future guests, we did fix it once you left.

Perfect vacation property!

We just spent 10 days at this rental home with another couple and highly recommend. Everything we needed was included with the rental so just add groceries and perfect! We loved the house, the pool and the location right on the beach and a quick ride to many wonderful restaurants.

Great Time in Indian Shores!

Wonderful Home

This is such a wonderful home to rent! It has the most amazing views and located by so many restaurants. Having the pool all to ourselves was so awesome and being able to be on the beach in seconds was just nothing short of amazing. I would 100% rent this house again!

Beautiful Hone

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Liz was very responsive to any questions we had. We really appreciated not having to buy beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

I have been a owner/property manager for over 4 years. All of my properties have 5 star ratings. I want my guests to have a enjoyable vacation at one of my 4 private beach home properties and me/the team works hard to deliver exceptional customer service.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We love Indian Shores! It is a quiet and quaint city without all of the congestion of the bigger beach areas. Indian Shores is a part of the barrier island located 20 minutes from Tampa. The origin of the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks name is unknown but the pioneer settler Harvey K. Hendrick, who arrived in this area in 1890 remarked, "I liked the place, I thought it was the most beautiful place on God's green footstool.

We just purchased Seagrape in January 2020 because we wanted a PRIVATE get away for our family and friends. There are 2 private single family homes on this property:

19808 is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath.
19806 is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath with a private pool.

We do rent both properties together for large family gatherings up to 18 guests including adults and kids.

Seagrape is considered a historic home in Indian Shores. It was featured in a film, In the Line of Duty. It has such a peaceful atmosphere once you set foot on the property. This is the first time this property has been put on the vacation rental market. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We love the privacy of this location. No high rises on either side of our property-- only private residents. The heated pool and gazebo are added amenities for enjoying time with family and friends. You can not find a private beach house in Indian Shores on the rental market of VRBO with 3 Bedrooms/2 bath and a heated pool .... with close to 70 ft of Beach front property all to yourself!
