The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up a quick beach snack or prepare a full gourmet dinner, featuring high-end finishes, a built-in wine cooler and generous space for gathering. A gas grill enhances the outdoor dining experience. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience.

This home offers a thoughtfully designed sleeping layout with two primary suites, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, along with additional guest bedrooms, each featuring an en suite bathroom. All around perfect floorplan for grandparents and their family

We loved staying here as it was located close to shopping, good eating places and was perfect for two families! Very clean and floorplan was great!

The house was amazing, in a great location, and spotlessly clean, which we appreciated. The master is amazing, and since there's one on both floors, the house is a great option to come back and bring our parents along for a fun trip with their grandkids!

Friend reunion

We are a group of over-70 girls who have been friends for 60 years. Had a wonderful time at this fabulous house. Absolutely nothing to complain about! The house was spotless (and I am picky), the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms are spacious.. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious home in a great location!

This home is so spacious and was perfect for our girls’ trip with four moms and our daughters. The walk would've been a little too far to the beach so we drove instead. Make note that there are only two parking spots, so if you have more than two cars, you’ll have to leave a car at the Grayton Beach shuttle parking area, which is ten minutes away. Even with these minor inconveniences, we loved the location of this beautiful home and hope to stay here again next year!

Family Getaway

This home is beautiful!! It’s very roomy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. It is a short drive to beach. I only had one small complaint. I wish there had been chairs in the main floor bedroom. We did have a problem with the WIFI and it took over 12 hours to be resolved.

Joint family vacation

This area is less crowded than the hustle and bustle of orher 30A towns which was so nice. Easy trip to/from beach with a golf cart(I’d say it’s a must with the location a mile or two from the beach). Our kids loved the option of the pool as well and it was cool to ride the golf cart right up to the pool entrance. There were a few things that didn’t work in the house(hall way lights, laundry room lights, wine/drink fridge) but overall the house was great. It had two masters that were exactly the same. Spacious, clean and comfortable for all 10 of us. Just make sure you take ALL the cooking items(spices, oils,etc) you need as there are none provided. Our families had a wonderful week!

Loved the house. Disappointed the oven wasn’t working our entire stay.

The house was everything I hoped it would be. There were several beaches off of 30a that were handicapped accessible. I am so disappointed that the oven wasn’t working our entire stay. We purchased several meals, desserts etc that we couldn’t make. It was a major disappointment. The property manager said he would bring a George Foreman for us to use but that didn’t happen. We left a day early.

Under Surveillance

The listing of this property had two falsehoods. 1. It did not mention that parking was such an issue. You are only allowed 2 parking spaces, and they are STRICT about it. If 12 people are staying at this rental, you need 3 spaces. Once you book, then they say they offer additional parking if needed, but what they don't tell you is the extra parking is 10 min away, 15 a day, and it closes in the evening. So if you arrive after closing, you'll have to come up with your own plan. 2. 6 complimentary bikes-Be prepared to call the bike rental company yourself. The property management gave us the wrong code 4x. It took us 3 days before we could use the bikes.Other issues:1. We were under surveillance 24/7 with all the cameras. There is a camera in the garage, and the owner clearly doesn't want anyone to open the inside door to the garage. In fact, they sent management over at 8:45am to ring the doorbell and wake everyone up to ask about the inner garage door being opened (which in fact was CLOSED).2. Upstairs floors and all showers were not clean.3. Be prepared to be nearly harrassed at the community pool. You must have a code to get in AND out, and you MUST wear a wristband at all times.Their attendant asked us to show our wristbands 4x within about 2 hrs. It was ridiculous. It was very hard to relax in a place where we felt so unwelcomed. And finally, any text correspondence with management is all AI responses. It"s better to call to speak with someone directly.

Wonderful October Vacation

The home is absolutely beautiful, so is the neighborhood and neighborhood pool. We were at the pool multiple times a day. We rented a golf cart which made an easy ride to either Blue Mountain or Santa Rosa beaches. There were 6 of us and the house has so much space that we never felt cramped. The place really is big. We've all said we'll happily rent this place again. If I had to make some suggestions, I'd have more pots/pans, hotpads, wine glasses, etc. It's a gourmet kitchen that we used nightly, we just wish it had more tools to cook (and drink!)..

The property we stayed at was very clean! The pool area was amazing. We rented a golf cart to go to the pool and the beach. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Excellent!

Our only regret was not booking this place longer! We actually were so impressed, we went ahead and booked it again for spring break 2022! This is a well maintained rental - clean! Plenty of space to entertain or just relax. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spaced out conveniently. The management company was super responsive to any questions we had. The owners of thr property also put together a nice welcome packet for us. The house was easy to find. We didn't get a chance to explore the community perks, but there was plenty to do. There really aren't that many restaurants around, so plan a grocery run as soon as you get there. The only thing that would have made it a little more comfortable was an extra love seat down stairs and some kid-friendly dishes (everything was glass). We can't wait to be there again!

We loved this house. It looks just like all the pictures. We had 12 people in our group and never felt like we were on top of eachother. The only thing was that we really needed the garage but the owners had some of their property in the garage. The location was great. AWESOME HOUSE!!!!

Great for Large Groups With Kids

Property was clean and comfortable. The knick knacks and decorations were minimal which was wonderful when you have lots of kids enjoying the house with you. Plenty of space and love the number of bathrooms for a large group!

Even better than the pictures!!

This house was immaculately clean and couldn’t have been a. Better layout! The 2 masters on different floors was genius! House was very well stocked. Close to many beach entrances and neighborhood pool was like a resort! Love and will be back next year!
